Kyle is such a fake bitch. She goes between all sides with that kaftan flying full of lies. Going over to Rinna and Eileen right after LVP has spoken to them? Then back to LVP? Then dissecting LVP in her talking heads?

LVP was aggressive with Eileen and the 'joke' about Vince being up another woman's skirt. And that's not her best look. At the same time, Eileen annoyed the hell out of me with her strange, weird reaction to LVP offering her condolences about the loss of her mother, expecting an apology about THE AFFAIR yet again. Eileen really should just own the fact that she cheated on Jon Lindstrom and took a part in breaking up Vince's marriage and that she's an unrepentant home wrecker who can't "own it"...it's the fact that she's offended that LVP brought up THE AFFAIR, which...er...is actually what it was. Eileen spread her legs to a married man (copyright Nene Leakes) and doesn't like the fact that everyone knows. Well, sorry about that Eileen but since you're humourless about the whole indiscretion LVP is going to ride you hard and put you away wet.

Erika seems to already hate Dorito. I'm enjoying Erika this season so I'm inclined to agree with her. Dorito and PK have shades of Taylor and Russell Armstrong about them - from what little I've seen online he's been bankrupt and walked away from creditors in the UK pretty shamelessly. I wonder if he actually bought that car. Anything can be rented these days.

RHoBH:

What to think about LVP's comment about Vince with his head up another woman's skirt? First of all, Vince comes across a little douchey to me and not really into his marriage with Eileen, but regardless. The comment doesn't reflect well on LVP -- **IF** LVP wants to stay the sweet animal-saving heroine of this show to her legion of fans. Which I don't think she does anymore. I think she is revelling in playing the wicked witch right now! And this is a HUGE relief because she cannot make the case of being the innocent party last season like she could in Season 5. I love LVP but last season made everybody look bad under YolandaStalin's rule. And that's ok. I can embrace the real LVP. I don't need her to be Mother Theresa. The only problem is, Eileen is going to milk this comment for the whole season. Good luck getting an apology for that, Eileen!

LVP is also tapping on something she started last season which is... that Vince may be a cheater. That's the 'intent' that Eileen was upset about last season, and probably one she wants to avoid coming out in the open this season. My speculation.

Eileen is going to have to buckle up and just keep being an icy bitch back to LVP. I actually think LVP prefers her interaction with Eileen when Eileen is sparring with her. It makes Eileen seem less humorless.

Meanwhile, while Eileen keeps LVP occupied for now, Erika will be aiming to sneak in and steal LVP's crown! LVP vs Erika is the match to watch. Maybe not this season... but possibly next. LVP and Erika are frenemies right now but they also know they are each other's biggest rival. And Erika knows it is best she not confront Lisa directly.

As predicted. Lisa Rinna sidled right up to LVP to beg her forgiveness and try to get into her good books. Spineless!

Last season Kyle had LVP's back so I guess she feels she has a free pass to be a total bitch about her this season, especially since the other ladies are not really LVP's best friends. Kyle feels she is LVP's only close friend, that LVP is isolated form the group, and that gives Kyle leverage.

I don't know who is dressing Lisa or doing her hair, but they need to be fired, and that bumpit needs to be burned!

Two episodes in, and I'm still flummoxed why tomboy Kathryn was sidelined for this vapid Dorito chick. I don't even care why she has an accent, but the fact she called her kid Jagger says to me she thinks it makes her look 'cool' and 'edgy.' No, it doesn't, it makes you look ridiculous, dear. I knew I'd seen her husband somewhere before -- now I remember: Paul Kemsley used to own Tottenham Hotspur football club in London. The football business in the UK is ROLLING in money but also extremely, extremely dirty. He was also involved in some shady financial stuff that played a part in the 2008 financial meltdown and lost (or nearly lost) people their pensions. He eventually pleaded bankruptcy and got off without so much as a slap on the wrist. He is tight with tycoons like Mike Ashley and Sir Philip Green who also have some unsavoury business practices on their records. I cannot imagine how this is going to play here in the UK when this show finally gets shown! With all the money and mansions and expensive gifts.

But he is entertaining in his particular way of being a working-class-made-good, North London geezer.

Oh. I forgot to mention

This is going to sound mean but... does anybody think Lisa Rinna and Harry Hamlin's daughters are going to become the next Gigi and Bella Hadid of the modeling world? I mean, they are cute young teens, but not model material, surely? I can see why Gigi and even Kendall Jenner are models but these young girls... Am I missing something? Going blind? I can't see it.

They look like normal teenagers to me (see below), and the younger one (on the right) is still um growing into her face. The eldest (left) looks like a lot of girls her age I see IRL.

When Yolanda first came on BH, I could see why a young Gigi at the time was being tapped for a modelling career. Her face had all the right angles, proportions and cheekbones, and she also had an 80s supermodel body -- tall and slim and amazonian. I don't see that 'model' look with them.

Phaedra has been living relatively modestly from day one. The house she filmed in for RHOA, located in Smyrna, was sold for $350,000.00 in 2014 according to that Curbed article. That would mean she's been renting the last few years (inexpensively given the Atlanta market)...the mansion Nene bought cost her $2.1 million, so Phaedra's is a little cheaper, but it looks beautiful.

Regardless of how shady some of these ladies are, I do wish each and every one of them financial security for the future. They put themselves out for public consumption and it's just pathetic when they have nothing to show for it when their moment in the spotlight is over. Take Lynn Curtin from RHOC - she basically wound up broke with two porn star daughters and a broken marriage and absolutely nothing to show for it. That's just sad.

LVP can't stand the fact that Eileen is just as confident and secure in her [!@#$%^&*] as she is.

I found Lisa to be just meh in the first episode. Her attempts to play the victim are just thin at this point. Lisa Rinna is batshit cra cra and the worst person to expose what LVP truly is but I fully believe her when she says LVP manipulated her. Lips was just too dumb to see it coming.

Atlanta:

So proud of Kandi. She absolutely destroyed Phaedra in that sit down.

Ayden to Porsha : "well I dont trust you!" Dylan is growing into his cuteness and we are starting see him talk now too

Porsha: "The are so smart." Yeah, them kids are smarter than you

Kandi was wrong with the way she was gossiping about Phaedra but I did like her calling her out on her bulls--t

I loved Sheree's updo in her scene with Cynthia as I loved her ponytail

This Kenya/Matt stuff is a mess. I cant beleive he showed up. After being late and that rude ass phone call, he should have just stayed away. Her father shouldn't have to be mediator between them. My father would never. Matt would be dead

Go Kandi! She came for that ass! Phaedra is a liar and Im here for Kandi and Mama Joyce fighting her back. Phaedra had some nerve trying to throw shade at Kandi's eating habits considering she's not a size 2 herself

    • I think the gross ickiness is Josh Griffith's intention. At birth, Ian Ward stole Mariah from Sharon, so that Sharon knew only of the Cassie twin and not the Mariah twin.  Sharon gave up Cassie for adoption at birth, never knowing that Mariah existed. When Ian Ward stole baby Mariah, he had her be raised by a woman member of his cult. She grew up in his cult. Years later, after Mariah was an adult in Genoa City and had left him, he tried to kidnap her to marry him himself, I sort of remember some icky scenes where he had arranged a wedding, but she escaped or was rescued -- it was so gross that I chose to forget it, and I don't want to look up the details. Mariah is feeling traumatized/triggered by Ian Ward being in Genoa City several months ago, because he was obsessed with her, and he terrorized her loved ones, interacted with Tessa, and drugged Sharon, which ultimately resulted in the death of Heather -- causing the grief of Daniel and Lucy. None of that was Mariah's fault. But she was so horrified by what happened, that she feels she did something wrong that caused this hateful villain to continue to obsess about her.   Based on small comments that Mariah made recently, I think she feels completely worthless. I gather that when she was away on the business trip a month or two ago, all of what happened with Ian Ward and Heather's death just hit her all at once and she was mentally/emotionally collapsing, and just felt unable to call for help.  During the business trip she sat in her hotel room and spiraled more, feeling more and more worthless and afraid. Finally she started drinking at a bar, and that's when the creepy old man approached her.  By that point, she wasn't in her right mind, and started interacting with the guy.  Either she thought he was Ian, or she thought he was someone like Ian, and she would be *required* to flirt with him in a role play, and do what he commanded, almost like old programming being reactivated.  Or perhaps just simple self-loathing playing out. I don't know if the guy actually knew Ian or Jordan, or if he was a random stranger.  But Mariah's fear/loathing/subconscious chaos kicked in. And then... well that's as far as her flashbacks have aired so far. She can't bear to face the rest of whatever it was.  I gather that in the coming episodes, we'll (eventually) find out what happened next as we see more of the icky flashbacks. --------------- The rest of this post is only my speculation: I think that she felt like she was supposed to have sex with him but didn't want to, and may have tried to kill him instead. Or he r*ped her.  Or they didn't have sex at all, but it's all convoluted in her mind.  Something horrible happened but I don't think it was her fault.  If the man died, maybe she covered it up?  I really don't know, I'm just speculating ideas. At any rate, I'm totally convinced that this is NOT a conventional "cheating storyline" where someone willingly has sex outside their relationship. ----------------- This is basically Josh Griffith's obsession with dark storylines, creepy villains, and terrible writing of "mental health issues".

    • Right. Literally for decades, soaps mesmerized their audiences with tales of romance, family conflict, class struggles, and recognizable interpersonal-relationship sagas. We didn't need relentless, heavy violence. We didn't need clones, mad scientists, extra-terrestrials and demon possessions. We didn't need gaggles of plastic himbos and bimbos pushing beloved vets off-screen. We only needed to see people whom we cared about, and the intelligent, moving progression of their lives. Flashy sets, gaudy gimmicks, and high-falutin' hairdos be damned. The characters and the words were important.
    • Absolutely! Brad should've simply moved on from Lunacy. There's no point of freeing her, if you're not going to at least make an attempt at redemption or incorporating her into the fold. It happened with Quinn, who committed quite a few felonies before become the Forrester Matriarch.  Heck, keep Lunacy in prison and have Poppy/Finn discover that she gave birth to twins - 'Sunny' could've come on with a clean slate and still had Sheila/Finn and all the other drama. It certainly couldn't have been worse than what we've witnessed with the destruction of $B.
    • I would enjoy it if Swan popped up on BTG as an old one time friend/mentor of Anita’s for a cameo. This is just

    • I had totally forgotten that Courtney story. I see Burton was already phoning it in by that point.
    • omg I completely missed that, but now when I see it typed here in your post, it's obvious icky cringe. So now I just checked and Tomas said that -- on May 27 that he likes the author Carl Ivati.  He said it with sort of an accent, so I didn't catch the stupid joke or think about the spelling.   I remember when that aired, that I actually said to myself at the time, "I wonder if that's a Latin American author, and I will have to google him later." And now I see your post, and I see. Well that's cringe, and I feel stupid to have fallen for it.

    • There's a lot you don't need if you have the writing.  You don't even need large casts!  You could make do with a cast of 12-18 actors if the writing is there.
    • Thank you. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with sleeping around if your spouse actually knows about it. She’s just a cheating slut.
