I don't think Eugene was mentionned in recent years. He was on from late 1984 to 1985 and caused trouble for Jesse and Angie:

"Jesse pursued a signing career with a duet partner, Yvonne Caldwell. Yvonne was not content to just be Jesse’s singing partner. She lured him into his bed. Jesse thought his marriage was over. The presence of Jesse’s half-brother, Eugene Hubbard, did not help. Eugene pressured Jesse to return to his old ways and leave his new life in Pine Valley behind. Alas, Jesse turned back to his family.

Eugene framed Jesse for a theft at the hospital. Jesse defended himself, finding evidence to implicate Eugene. At the close of the trial, the police offered Jesse a spot on the force because of his intrepid detective skills.

Angie admitted that she had been sexually harassed at Medical School. Jesse admitted to his infidelity. Eugene and Yvonne both left Pine Valley, leaving the Hubbards to pick up the pieces of their broken families."

"I think (Mark Singleton) had a brief back burner romance with Alice Matthews Frame."

He did indeed. It still amazes me how TPTB completely botched Jacquie Courtney's return. One of the most puzzling aspects of any soap of the past 30 years, I think.

Mark's portrayer, Robin Thomas, went on to do a lot of prime time episodic work.

Sean and his men totaled the value of the Aztec treasure. Ginny's attorney, Brett Madison, failed to get Bobbie to admit that D.L. was capable of murdering someone. Josh agreed to move out of Frisco's pad so that Felicia can move in with Frisco. Celia tumbled into bed with Jimmy Lee again. The strain of Ginny's trial is taking its toll on Rick.

Thanks to Robert Calhoun and Susan Bedsow Horgan, ATWT appeared to be getting back on-track in March '85. It wasn't the best that show had ever been, but it was certainly better than the end of former EP Mary-Ellis Bunim's reign.

So this was the start of Ashley/Victor. I hope it was better back then than it has been in the past few decades.

Diana's exit from ATWT sounds very weak.

Who was Molly?

That Roxie Alaskan brothel story always sounded like a mess to me even when I read about it in the GL history book 15 years ago. Was it any better onscreen?
