Members JaneAusten
Majorities in the House, Senate, the White House, breaking senate and house rules to pass, try to pass these monstrosities and the GOP still flopped. Say what you want about Peloai and Reid but they got it done. And through the standard legislative process and numbers.

Members Wendy
McCain earned back some of my respect tonight. And kudos to Collins and Murkowski for having more balls than the rest of the GOP men put together. I did LOVE how McCain strolled up to Turtle, just held out his hands, and did his decisive, quiet NO. The look on Turtle's face was EPIC! Also loved Schumer showing class and waving off the applause. The video of this is just gold.

Members GMac
No. What makes you a troll is saying something and never engaging in authentic, meaningful discussion. Oh, and your constant deflections about President Obama and/or Hillary.
Members DramatistDreamer
@GMac Doing God's work. Let that be the final say to trolls. Anyhoo, Russia knows that Trump is their lackey. You know why? They just out and out seized the diplomatic compounds that they were tossed out of last year after the compounds were declared to be "Spy Nests" by the Obama administration. Now they're back as retaliation for the Senate voting for sanctions against Russia. We'll see whether Trump tries to veto, seeing that Congress can override his veto. But a veto would definitely prove him to be in Putin's back pocket. In Retaliation, Russia Seizes Two U.S. Diplomatic Properties
Members JaneAusten
Read this thread. Very enlightening about Susan Collins and the mistake the senate made by not including her. The trolls never really address that despite the problems OBamacare had, it was a plan and mapped after Romneycare. But it was a PLAN based on a belief that all American deserve affordable health care. Yes there are problems with it. No one said there hasn't been but all this disastrous effort showed of the GOP is their only belief is giving tax breaks to their donors. Trump has no ideology, no plans, for all his bluster, just an empty suit following the path of those "elites" he chastised. The ones Americans claimed they wanted change from. i listened to Chhris Kennedy the other night talking about the time he was born and how we need to get back to government being used to help people as FDR did, as Eisenhower did and so on. That all changed with Reagan and we got glimpses of what's possible with Clinton and Obama. Imagine if we had a government filled with people who all believed this and who debated on philosophical issues not hatred.
