Does the Billy/Julie stuff remind you of Hollyoaks when Jacqui was sent back inside for a few months because she missed her curfew after a night with Tony?

It will be good to see more of Dot and Pat together.

That caption for Glenda cracks me up. While I don't think the show is as overly sexualized as some are claiming (it's not any worse than last year where Ryan was bedding Janine/Ronnie/Stacey within a week or two of each other and Ronnie was with Ryan and with Owen), it isn't necessarily a bad thing to see characters like Glenda who know how to use sex as a weapon. It's true to life anyway.

Aw, he hasn't had much to do in years, but I will miss Charlie. The Slater's and the time they originally hit the show and helped to give it a new life will always be near and dear to my heart. I will always hold them as the last successfully introduced soap family.

I wonder what makes Charlie leave. Kat looks a lot like her 02-05 self in those pics. They've toned her down recently and she seems like her old self again.

I think he must have a bitter argument with Kat. They have been building up to that -- she hasn't been all that warm to him on her return.

I'm glad they didn't kill him off, it would have been too much with Kat thinking she's already lost a baby.

I wonder who Charlie goes to live with. Belinda, Lynne, or Little Mo? I doubt he's going wherever the hell Stacey will be or wherever Zoe is.

I wonder if they're keeping the Slater house for the Slater's with Jean coming back next year and all...

I wanted too mis her, Carl, I really did. I even liked a character until not so long ago. But seeing how neurotic they've made her, trashed her then made her a saint... Sometimes in a matter of episodes: she was a hysterical, psychotic mess in that hotel room and now she's this happy young woman doing the laundry chatting with her uncle while doing it.
