Brad is an [!@#$%^&*]. [sidenote: What else is new?] Dismissing Lily in her OWN home.

Jess Walton rocked her scenes today. I love her so, and that 'raspy' voice of hers. I admit that Jess and Goddard make a good looking mother/daughter. If they go that route, I hope that Jill BLASTS FauxNina and tell her to stay away from her son.

I was disgusted by FauxNina today! First she went from Daniel to JT. I'm tired of this puppet. And I felt ashamed for Daniel. Why oh why did he have to lie? On a positive note, I'm starting to feel CK again. Yay.

ya'll stop hating! Brad Carlton is the best male character on the show. I love that he's front and center even though the story has dragged on, like every other story on the show. His dimwit daughter is annoying me. Seriously can Colleen be any dumber these days? She's coming across as such a know it all but really looks stupid. I cant wait for her to get played.

I can't stand Brad. God, how I wish they would hook Victoria up with JT instead. Victoria went from teenager to hanging with the older set way too fast. She's still pretty young and I'd rather see her with someone who isn't old enough to be engaged to her mother or at least someone she has chemistry with. Brad makes her boring and he does the same for Sharon.

Michelle is doing an amazing job as Sheila. This plot is lame, but she's making it as good as it could be under the circumstances.

well she's not that young to be hanging out JT. Victoria is in her early 30s. Rememebr she's still older than Nikolas and Sharon who would have had a 16 yr old daughter this year. Brad looks young and hot. He and Victoria dont look mix matched in age.

Maybe not to you, but they sure do to me. The age difference between Brad and Vikki looks way bigger than the age difference between Victoria and JT. Vikki and JT look the same age to me, Brad looks a good 10 years older than Vikki. But age really isn't what matters to me. I think Amelia and Thad have a lot of chemistry. Vikki is just too boring with Brad.

I knew about Maggie leaving the show, but I didn't know it would happen today :o My mouth dropped when Pheila took out that gun and just shot her point blank. That scene reminded me of the Desperate Housewives episode when Carolyn Bigsby shot Nora. BANG!

    • Dallas peaked early, IMO. Maybe not a fair statement as I’m still making my way through the first half of its run, but I think it’s hard to argue to point that S3 into S4 was its high point. Back to Knots. Wrapping up “And Never Brought to Mind.” Greg’s introduction kinda took me by surprise. I low-key dreaded his arrival bc I know he very quickly gets to the center of the show, but even though they wasted no time connecting him with Mac, Abby, Gary, and Karen, it still feels like a gradual intro. The juxtaposition of the ending of the Chip story with the heating up Abby’s plotting is quite symbolic of the changes the show was going through. I absolutely cannot imagine Kenny and Ginger having any part in any of this. Yall, the Gary/Val piano theme that they pull out from time to time is my FAVORITE. I find myself humming it constantly.
    • Bloodshed is inevitable now. It’s another reason I’m glad Black people aren’t getting involved in these protests. As awful as this is, I keep reminding myself that 54 percent of Latino men voted for Trump. These people were put in harm’s way by members of their own communities and sometimes even members of their own families. Too many people decided to touch the stove.
    • Maybe I'm still in denial, but nothing about Neighbours' ongoing social media output gives the vibe of a show that's ending. In today's 'Roundup' video, Alan Fletcher referenced that production finishes in five weeks, but in all the show's posts the cast are as jovial and lighthearted as ever. Remarkably so for people who are about to lose their jobs.    Perhaps they're just putting a brave face on things, and I know they approached the previous axing with a positive attitude. Maybe putting an upbeat face on things is a collective way of showing potential backers that there's still life in the show? Or is it possible that they already know the show has been saved, and we'll get an announcement next month when filming wraps and the show 'rests'?   Does any of that make sense?!
    • A very good week for male eye candy on GH. New Michael is beautiful, Curtis's arms looked great in that polo shirt, Cody looks even more handsome with his new haircut AND we got Marco in swim shorts rocking his lovely bod and chest fur.

    • Yeah when Jamey Giddens did breakdowns for DAYS, he would sometimes state in tweets that specific things were his idea that he had pitched to Ron.
    • I don't, since they've clearly incorporated them into Tomas' storyline, and I happen to like his tattoos, but his jackets not fitting doesn't mean they're trying to cover his tattoos. The clothing overall isn't the issue; it's the fit. And I expect(ed) more from Jeresa Featherstone and her team. Very disappointed. He's the only male, overall, whose costume irritates me.
    • "And OMG, watching the scenes of Roger's return in comparison...the quality in the writing really nosedived. The stupid mask." Very much agreed.  Having Roger hide behind a mask for weeks/months, with it culminating with him swinging in on a vine at Blake/Phillip's wedding....geez.  So juvenile. IMO, Guiding Light never did a good job reintroducing major characters, either from the dead or elsewhere.  Masked balls = awful.  Amish = awful. When Reva was brought back from the dead, she should've just showed up in Springfield as Reva, and informed everyone that she had been gone for years because she felt like it.  She had a four-year fling with some dude who ended up dumping her due to disloyalty. Josh would be pissed and declare that their love is not *always* but *sometimes* and he'd act accordingly.  Her kids would hate her.
    • Agreed. The Emmys next year are gonna be a pretty tough competition and I hope we get a Days sweep lol  Not only does Deidre deserve a nomination for these last few weeks, but I also think Paul Telfer, Raven Bowens, Carson Boatman, Dan Feuerriegel and Alison Sweeney have good chances as well.
    • It’s not about a lack of faith and trust in MVJ, it’s about a a lack of faith and trust in Ron Carlivati, who I think can be very sneaky and manipulative when he wants to be.  And, all that “He’s just a breakdown writer” talk never changed my mind about anything, because at Days, it was “just a breakdown writer” that gave us some of the worst episodes I’ve ever seen.
