I played catchup with the whole week tonight, and today's episode was amazing!

I still love Farah Fath and Mimi no matter who she's acting opposite. I don't know if its Farah's "I'm leaving" attitude, or just her way of portraying an independent Mimi, but she now has alot of confidence in every scene she's in. I love it. And I love Max & Mimi. Abby's involvment is great too.

I am also loving Victor. Hogan has restored Victor to his former glory, and in the time I've spent watching Days I havent seen another writer ever get him as much as Hogan is. Even those who have claimed to be taking him back to his roots, they never ended up doing so. And the Kate & Victor dance ... so good!

Bo & Hope have also been great these last few episodes.

I just watched the show, and i agree it was an excellent episode...This philip storyline is probably my favorite right now..I'm loving that it involves so many characters: Victor, Kate, Belle, Shawn, Max, Mimi, and now Bo and Roman..

The Victor and Kate scenes were my favorite today...Lauren and John's best work in years, in my oppinion...the dialouge was perfect..and i loved that victor brought up Kate's prior meddling in her kids lives...How it never works out..Also Kate being the voice of reason and insisting that Max and Mimi not be hurt was great...The dance at the end, icing on the cake...

Max and Mimi---damm i was actually kind of worried for them..It started with Abby telling Max about the van..the final scene was awesome..great cliffhanger...

Bo and Hope--really nice stuff...but i'm ready for Hope to have this baby already..she's been pregant for almost a year!!!!only on Days...Also i'm ready for Patrick to be gone, thankfully thats happening soon..

Bonnie and Mimi were also great today...their scenes were funny and dramatic when they needed to be...I'm so excited for Bonnie to go up against Victor, and for mimi to find out why her mother is so in debt...Judi Evans rocked today...

Finally i'm excited to see Lucas and Sami in the scenes for tommorow, i've been missing them..

I am going to have to praise Hoagie for using John Aniston like this. Victor is finally back to his old ways and so far its been so great to watch. Kate/Victor scenes were by far my favorite of the episode, Kozlow/Aniston have always had such a wonderful chemistry. Victor telling Kate has her meddling has never worked, that she drove Austin away again, Lucas back to Sami yet again, and Billie is alone again. I thought the dialogue rocked, Victor also telling Kate look where the lies have landed Phillip. Also seeing Kate feel for someone outside her children was great. I just loved these scenes!

Bo/Hope/Patty Cakes: Finally Hope isn't being so nice to PC and loved her telling him they were going to have separate rooms and that nothing is going to happen and he won't be able to sweep her off her feet even if he takes her to Mexico. I am glad Bope are slowly finding their way back to each other.

I hate to admit this but damn Farah hasn't been bad the last few weeks and doesn't bother me at all as long as she doesn't have loads of dialogue. I always enjoy Mimi/Bonnie scenes as they are very much like mother/daughter as their dialogue was excellent. I liked that they had an argument, so when and if Mimi gets hurt Bonnie is going to feel like crap after the things she has been doing lately against her children and only for herself.

My only complaint is not seeing enough of Chelsea and Sami, but that is being very nitpicky on my part.

only complaint I did have about the Victor/Kate dialog was when he forgot Cassie and Rex when mentioning her kids. And Austin ran off to escape Sami, not Kate (this time!)

I think TPTB want to forget Cassie and Rex too.

well tough for them! I had to watch them for 3 years. And its not like either one was bad. Cassie, more importantly Alexis Thorpe, was shamefully mishandled.

Write a letter, Drew! A strongly worded letter. It'll show 'em.
