October 28, 200619 yr Member Wow - this is a great letter. VI is so talented and I wish him the best of luck. AMC's loss for sure.
October 28, 200619 yr Member What a class act. I hope he lands on his feet and some other show snatches him up asap.
October 28, 200619 yr Member What a truly classy man. Again AMC, what were you thinking? "We need to free up the money for the Dr. Binks Road Show: Pine Valley Edition." Why keep an amazingly charismatic actor on salary by giving his complex character a storyline, when you can bring on a celibate lesbian who does nothing but bless the hated characters much loved by TPTB? For them, the Babe/Josh/Ryan propping done by Dr. Bianca C. Montgomery is much more valuable than giving David a storyline. They rather have Bianca roam around town with no love life since TPTB are terrified of writing one for her, than give Vincent's David a much-needed romantic interlude. It is a serious CRIME that the show didn't take advantage of Vincent's leading man capabilities and tossed it all away on "Ryan" and "Jonathan." The only reason Thorsten's getting the little respect he's getting is due to the fact that he's friends with Julie. Vincent's going to be missed. It's because he is such a doll and he plays David so brilliantly that I was able to forgive him for bringing Babe into the world. Especially when Babe cast him aside like trash after she didn't need him to steal Miranda and kidnapped Little A anymore.
October 30, 200619 yr Member What a touching letter from Vincent. Shows you how classy he is and how AMC obviously doesn't deserve him. I will miss him and his portryal of Dr. David Hayward immensely. AMC obviously was not thinking when they let him go.
