Watching Dixie throw herself at Zach like that was embarassing to watch.

Erica, Kendall, Bianca with Josh was entertaining.

I guess we know they'll be another "ball" type event for November sweeps, since Erica mentioned her 'New Beginings' party.

I don't feel sorry for Dixie either. She's a cheap whore who is throwing herself at married men, singing her tone deaf blues.

Another party? They've had the Mardi Gras Ball, Confusion opening, Colby and Sydney's sweet 16, and now a New Beginnings party? I prefer AMC just tell a story rather than host these "Ball" events where all secrets come out.....getting old and redundant

I agree, JR will probably find out about Josh and Babe. Zzzzz.

Yeah, Bianca's return is really weird. Like Erica came in, did she know she was going to be there? It was like she's been back the whole time. Weird.

Annie is SO annoying. Go away! Love Jonathan, but this save Annie-we-barely-know-her stuff needs to end.

David and Tad together are so good together. They can make the crap given to them smell like roses. It reminds me of how well GH's Robert and Luke play off each other. WTF AMC are you thinking getting rid of such a quality actor.

Annie annoyed the freaking crap out of me. I just want that whole storyline to end and take Dixie back. Hey Cady. Your phone is ringing. Chris Goutman wants you back as Rosanna on ATWT. Just go Cady and dont look back. Dixie has been destroyed

Am I the only one who was sickened by the triple murderer, woman beating, pedophile acting like it was David who was the threat to Emma and Annie?

I'm talking about Jonathan, in case you didn't know.

You'd think this character would show SOME humility, but nope! In order to make him feel better about himself, he has to get on board and get his floggings in on the town whipping boy, too. Whenever Jonathan talks about Terry, JR or even David, I get this overwhelming feeling that it's coming from a place of "Now, I get to act better than someone for a change!"

I must have missed if anyone has asked why Bianca is even back but I sure hope she gets some story other than being Kendall's cupid and the Babe propper.

I can't believe once again JR has to apologize to the walking mattress known as his wife. Give me a break. I love how she has different rules for him than her "Don't be the old JR" but she can still be the old Babe. Once again she's lying and then will cry her fake tears when JR finds out what a liar she is. I don't think I can take another round of Babe = good and JR = bad. And why after seeing Babe in action that Josh isn't running far away in the other direction I have no clue but I think he certainly can have her. I had to laugh at someone's description of her on SoapZone in which they said basically word for word

"she's STILL a trick turning, coochie tossing, lying slut of a worthless [!@#$%^&*]"

Couldn't have said it better myself. I can't believe Colby is the smartest Chandler at the moment LOL. I want Skye back too :)

I totally agree, and you've simply given me yet another opportunity to preach on how Babe is a sociopath! A cancer! A parasite! Any man she latches on to ultimately winds up with their life turned upside down, drowing in the crapper! And why Josh can't see this -- statutory rape charge hanging over his head, and all -- is beyond me.

I asked my mom how she felt about Babe, and she says, "I tend to like her. I think she's trying. She tries so hard..."

I was like, "Mother, you're college educated. Graduated from the same college as Susan Lucci as a matter of fact, and you're allowing yourself to be brainwashed!"

Babe doesn't try at all, let alone try hard. She whines and complains and pouts and points fingers. All she does is cry those crocodile tears, spout off the usual rhetoric about "I know I was wrong..." and then proceeds to make the same dumb ass mistakes all over again -- and not even be smart about it -- and expect to be forgiven. She lights the fuse and gets mad at the dynamite. And everyone buys it.

"Yeah, what Babe did was kinda bad, but what JR did was even WORSE!"

Yeah, well, did it escape the Babe Lovers that JR wouldn't have done half of the shiitake he's done if Babe hadn't set him off to begin with via her acts of betrayl?

Oh well I do admit the JR/Babe chemistry can blind me to her but then something will happen to snap me out of it but again this was a great post (IMO) on the PVB that basically backs up what you say.

Response to a statement.

"It gets really annoying to me how most of these characters are stereotypical caricatures. JR and Colby are the children of a rich man so they have to be spoiled brats. Babe grew up dirt poor so we are supposed to have sympathy for the Repulsive Whore when she cheats on her husband on her first night in town (because she’s nervous about the in-laws?), isn’t sure about her child’s parentage, then kidnaps an adopted child to make herself feel better, makes believe he is dead, goes on the run with he brother-in-law and so on and on. One attempt after another to make her sympathetic has utterly failed. She has no conscience, yet is a calculating slut and a selfish brat to boot who thinks of no one but herself. David, Krystal, Tad, Adam, JR, and even Dixie are concerned by someone other than themselves. The only reason Babe is even remotely interested in Josh is because he worships the ground she walks on which will allow her to use him whenever she needs a knight in shining armor (memories of Jaime, anyone?).

I absolutely loved Colby’s little manipulation of her whole family. And it was rather amusing to watch Lying, Cheating Babe call someone else a lying [!@#$%^&*]. Talk about the pot calling the kettle black! Anyway, Josh did commit statutory rape on Dani, didn’t he? So it’s belated punishment for a crime he escaped the first time."

Quote:

Maybe if she and his family (in their monthly rotation of "stab JR in the back month and act shocked when he strikes back harder") stopped stabbing him in the back every 5 minutes they'd be able to better tell if he'd really be able to change or not

Response.

"Honey, they don’t even bother stabbing him in the back anymore, they aim right for the heart. And can you believe that the only one who actually extended a helping hand to JR was Krystal? Even if she's only doing for Baby Doll's sake, she does empathize with JR up to a point. Anyway, as Babe says JR is changing and maybe that bothers her because she won’t have anything left to complain about, she does the equivalent of serving him a drink or mixing up his drugs for him and then surprise! he falls off the rage wagon. The only thing JR didn’t do right with Babe was missing when he aimed at her and then getting caught.

And for Contemptible Josh to say that he despises JR is rich. Didn’t Josh blackmail Kendall into convincing Erica to give him a job, drug Erica for no other reason than to ruin her reputation and steal her job, then framed Amanda for his crime? Come to think of it, Josh and Babe deserve each other since they are the two characters who always commit criminal acts without any provocation whatsoever. Are we then to believe they are the two sociopaths on this show?"

Thanks for the ^^^^ info, argo! I especially loved:

The only one in that family that's stood by him good or bad was Adam -- and of course he gets the bad wrap for loving JR, his SON, unconditionally. Tad will excuse horrible crime after crime Jamie has committed over the years, and Tad just finished committing purjury and got away with murder with cruel and unusual torture, and yet, somehow, when JR strikes back at the whore and Josh (who should be faultless and forgiven of all of his brutal crimes because he's a Martin), somehow, Tad and Jamie will get on their high horses and trample all over JR.

Just like Jonathan is on the Kick David bandwagon -- what with Jonathan's two beaten girlfriends and triple murders under his belt and all.

This show's obviously geared toward infants. Even a five year old could pick apart this crap!

I usually don't use this slang, but WORD to both your posts!

I am on Zendall's side. I can understand Kendall. It seemed like every time she went to see Zack Lately the slut Ditzi was there with her paws all over Zack. I think she wanted to see if she still mattered. The slut was in her face all the time when Kendall did all she could to save the cow and Zack.

Ultimately all of the characters make their own choices and descions and no amount of pointing the finger and saying oh this one caused it changes that. Each are guilty for their own crimes and there is no way of shifiting the blame of one character to another because at the end of the day their actions are all their actions. They chose them and chose to take those roads. They made them by themselves threw their own desires.

So I don't see how anyone can make someone do anything. It's all on them for what they do and just because one person did one thing doesn't mean that another person is allowed to do another more heinous thing in *quote cough  cough reaction unquote* and call it just.
