this is probably one of my alltime favorite episodes, behind the superbowl episode and the train crash (with the pole in the man and woman)...I was so excited to see Izzy back in action, and i loved when she was telling Christina about it..and calling herself a rockstar...The last 15 minutes were just incredible...so much emotion and drama..i have to admit i teared up during izzy's speech...And finally holy crap at the ending, i didn't see that coming at all...I just love this show!!!!!!!!!!!!

EXCELLENT point about Den-Den and Pink Mist guy, Pest Spray. They weren't ghosts!!!

This was only the second eppy of Grey's I have watched and wow I thought it was awesome. The last eppy I watched was the one that aired after the Super Bowl last year.

If Meredith had woken up still intubated with the doctors standing around her, I would agree with you. But, I don't call him a ghost because Meredith woke up in another realm (purgatory, maybe?) where she was alone with just Pink Mist guy and Denny. Are they now angels or spirits? Is this a hallucination? We don't really know.

But Denny and the other guy are still dead, which makes them ghosts. Even if its an hallucination, it doesn't make them alive, they are still dead.

Well, I agree with you in that they're just ghosts or hallucinations -- if she's not dead.

But perhaps the doctors are wrong; Meredith really did die, but they just didn't 'catch' it -- or call it. So then that would make them afterlife people.

It could go either way in this kind of scenario.

This episode was Reva drowning for a week in San Cristobel. But twice as boring.

It's hard to care when you hate the character everyone is worrying over. And sorry, the whole ferry thing was stoopid. Especially Izie, George and Meredith having to act as lone soldiers when there were dozens of medical personnel around them. What they should have done was have them ON the ferry when the accident happened, it would have made more sense.

Don't have a VCR or DVR to record anything, so to see that ther were airing reruns tonight annoyed me.....

They are probably airing the bomb episodes to remind viewers of who whatshisface is.
