November 9, 200619 yr Member That's no cliff hanger, wait three months for Kate to tell Jack, "I can't go, we're on another island". I like Kate and Sawyer but everyone was better when they were small stories of a whole. I was glad to see Nathan Fillion!
November 9, 200619 yr Member I haven't seen the episode yet (and probably won't), but I thought there was supposed to be a big cliffhanger that will make viewers WANT to come back in February? Is that the case?
November 9, 200619 yr Member I haven't seen the episode yet (and probably won't), but I thought there was supposed to be a big cliffhanger that will make viewers WANT to come back in February? Is that the case? Well, there was a cliffhanger but it was really lame. I don't think it's going to have anyone waiting on pins and needles until February.
November 9, 200619 yr Member NOT the best episode to end the *fall season*. I was expecting so much more. I didn't care for Kate getting it on with Sawyer. I felt bad for Jack when he saw them on the monitor. I did like the fact that even though it upset him, he still did right by them and is trying to help them escape.
November 9, 200619 yr Member I haven't seen the episode yet (and probably won't), but I thought there was supposed to be a big cliffhanger that will make viewers WANT to come back in February? Is that the case? No big cliffhanger at all. In fact, I read ALL the interviews for this season (the one that just ended, the fall one) and they promised so much. Mystery, intrigue much more about the characters, their lives, a little less of the sci-fi things and BIG cliffhangers each episode. There were no big cliffhangers at all, one or two good ones, but there has been very little character interaction at all. I quote, they said, "this show is about the character dynamics". Well I guess they were only talking about Kate, Jack and Sawyer. I love them too but c'mon. Really. This episode would have been better had everyone on the island be featured. But so far these six episodes have been all about Jack, Sawyer and Kate and very little about the others.
November 9, 200619 yr Member They did say on the beginning of season that first 6 eppys will be like a mini series centering mostly on Jack, Sawyer and Kate... (which I always thought would be a mistake...) And as a result, it turned up pretty blah... I love Lost, but the first six eppys were really not all that... Skate sex was great yesterday, but the cliffhanger was pretty bad... Hopefully, with the whole mini series format now being over, when Lost comes back they will be back to the old Lost... I just hope that this looooong break doesn't hurt them!
November 9, 200619 yr Member Only one scene has impressed me since the beginning of the fall season: The very first scene showing the others witrnessing the plane crash from Losteria Lane
November 10, 200619 yr Member I enjoyed the episode. The cliffhanger was rather meh. I was really impressed with Evangeline lastnight.
November 11, 200619 yr Member what happend to that OTHER who was the black chick she seemed to be a leader...where is she now?
December 17, 200619 yr Member Does anyone know what happened to Paul Dini, the former writer on the show?
December 18, 200619 yr Member No clue. The show has been moved to the 10pm slot. I think this may be a mistake too. ABC is playing around too much with this show and it is already on shaky ground...
December 19, 200619 yr Member He was a great writer (5 time Emmy winner), and he only wrote an episode in the first season. He was also story editor.
