Oh, I think he is more at fault. If he had been forthcoming about what Charlotte was doing to Anna, I do not think it would have happened. Wow, I don't recall hearing about any of this. Interesting. Victoria told me that they were sending us a writer who would do romance & she couldn't wait. She only hoped it was so. Me, too. We know, of course, that NBC had been wanting just that out of AW because they wanted another soap more like DAYS had become. Soap fans will go along if it involves characters they love & it is soapy. Also never heard that about Anna Stuart. Why was she getting off the ride?

Earlier when I saw this & began reading & saw immediately that the studios STILL want to scan an actor into their computerized system & pay then a one-time fee & then be able to use that image indefinitely, as many times as they wish even including after the death of the individual that I was so distressed that I just copy/pasted as quick as possible.

As far as I can tell there is no one who gives a flip about any of the DiMera shares story beats. Just amazing that the show hangs so much on those hooks when they're just as unpopular as it is possible for anything to be!

Well, today was interesting, that's for sure. I think maybe I was seeing acting chops out of Camila that I've never seen before, unless it was years ago. She's nearly hysterical, although she has good reason for that. It's an unusual possible dynamic that Rafe is Commish, but he believes in Camila's innocence. Will be watching to see how that plays out. Once again, Paulina does something unexpected. Who in their right mind would make EJ DiMera the DA?!! Doesn't that need to be somebody into law & order? A Wendy bent on vengeance is going to be a total change of character! And, Tripp's going to have to dig down & find something new in himself just to support her. To me the twins stack up this way: Anne is the Best Both. Ellen is the Best Just Marley. Anne is the Best Just Vicky. Or put another way, since Marley is the issue here. 1. Hated Anne's Marley wig. 2. Ellen first choice for Marley. 3. Anne second choice for Marley. Yes, you note correctly that Jensen doesn't rank or rate or anything. I will never understand them keeping Jensen & giving her all those ridiculous perks. Not when we could have had Ellen Wheeler playing both twins that whole time! I also think that Sandra was much improved at the end of the show. Jean Passanante told me that "Lumina was strange." I concur. The only good thing about Lumina, to me, was the costume ball. And, The Secret Garden wasn't much of an improvement. Also I didn't care for Cameron at all! Jordan Stark was awful but David Halliday was fairly interesting. I liked Troy/Tito, both the actor & the character. And, I really liked Remy! I found the Paulina story at that point typically soapy but at least decent story-telling.

Talking about the Dobsons, do y'all think it was problematic because they did not want to be there? That was when P&G asked them to switch shows with Marland & they were happy at GL & they didn't want to go to ATWT but they felt they had no choice. Y'all may have already covered this. I read some additional information. The person who found him was a friend who had a key to his apartment. That friend became concerned because he couldn't reach Tyler. So he went to the apartment & let himself in. He found Tyler in his bed. He was of the impression that he'd been there for a while. So, it is possible that we will have a different date for his death when the coroner rules. I am still quite sad. When I watched him on State of Mind I was quite concerned because he talked about wanting to simplify things & have only one doctor for everything & I can't imagine that would have worked. 1. Traumatic brain injury 2. bipolar 3. He first got drunk in 3rd grade! When the bipolar was undiagnosed, he was of course self-medicating with alcohol & his habit was so ingrained & he'd been at it so long. So a specialist for his brain & a shrink for the rest, gotta have 2 minimum. I keep thinking talking will help. So far not.

And in fact in the past they have done inside jokes that I did think were clever. Probably the best one was Jenn played by Cady no longer enjoying pancakes. I know there are other examples. But, Ben/Alex, I did not find it to be clever. And, Gwen/Theresa I not only find not clever but it is completely not working. Everett is so new I am reserving judgment but so far, so good. Last day of work there was May 25-ish, 1999. From my notes: Jensen Buchanan was sued for breach of contract Feb. 11, 2001. Her agent was also named in the suit. And, initially GH was named in the suit until they fired Jensen & hired ?? And, the lawsuit definitely went forward. Was not withdrawn. Okay I looked it up & she began to play RN Melissa Bedford on GH in 2001 & exited in 2002.
