I think many fans, including me, in retrospect blame the 90 minute debacle! It was enough that he fought against it tooth & nail & quit over it.

I followed her from show to show so it did what it was supposed to do. Liked her best on OLTL but I thought PC would’ve benefited the most from having Linda Dano, especially with Skye on GH). I liked Skye best on GH but I really thoroughly enjoyed her on OLTL. Well, I followed her from show to show, also, but I was not a happy camper! I loved the Myrtle connection on AMC! Eve was my choice for her child so PC had an edge. Max on OLTL wrong sex & too old by at least 10 years so ridiculous there. And she was best overall to my way of thinking, on GH & having Robin Christopher as a daughter on yet another soap!

Counter example: Shapiro's Folly which each HW hated! I love Linda Dano. She'd have been better served parking her on ONE show!!!

Absolutely correct. So, while her two main proteges were saving other creations of hers, she was at home base, keeping ATWT as #1 for a little while longer, right? And, then she tutored Pete Lemay but it was such a totally different experience I don't think we should call him a third protege. And Bell & Nixon both spoke their stories out loud as the way they "wrote". Irna dictated to her secretary Rose. Agnes dictated into a Dictaphone. Bell spoke it aloud & then typed it himself on his IBM Selectric. And, all 3 related to their actors by their character names NOT their real names. That is just so much in common!!!

That would be a 4th soap for him: AMC, AW, OLTL & GH, in order. The May 1995 episode is a great find from the Labine era. I've seen that mob shooting montage itself—which, unlike any number throughout the late '90s and '00s, involved characters who were genuinely trying to extricate themselves from that kind of life of violence, and the emotion was earned—a number of times over the years. But I'm not sure the full episode has seen the light of day in almost 30 years. Which day in May 1995?

In general I agree top to bottom & also have nothing to say about KS except that SoapHub has a bit on her IG of her daughter rock-climbing, indoors, and she looks fierce!!!

Yes, I hated Marty's last time at OLTL but I'm not interested in GH having to be responsible for fixing things from Llanview. I'm leery of all OLTL and AMC involvement on GH. Just a healthy cynical view, which if some story were good enough, could be won over. For example Cassie De Paiva looked fantastic & did a great job of trying to rile up Marty but I'd have preferred the energy from that visit be spent on someone in & of Port Charles! I'm sort of surprised you didn't list Delia Ryan. And the highjinks with Jackson Montgomery, I was not at all *whelmed!

She was a friend of Val Dufour's & she was a fan of both AW & ATWT & she called Val when they killed off Walter Curtin & told him how sorry she was & that she didn't think it was right but that he had looked great! I deleted everyone I'm not interested in. Katherine Bell was so unpopular! Because of the GH60 interviews I found out how SN got hired as Stefan & it makes me laugh. He went to a fan event with MBE & Wendy Riche came down to meet him & talk & what she wanted to talk about was this character Stefan Cassadine!! Days later, formally, he was hired. I just wish we knew what they decided to do about the Cassadine problem. I like Adam Huss more & more. I feel sure Spencer is only temporarily dead. I want to know who owns Spoon Island! And I'd like it if they brought Lucas back but only if they would write for him. And they're messing up with Kristina & Blaze by not having them on often enough.
