It really is. I wonder why there's been such an increase recently. 🤔 Okay, I didn't realize we were being serious. I personally think that this raised level of Toxicity comes from online contagion. People see other people misbehave with apparent impunity & they think they could do that, too, and in that way bullies become "the cool kids" like in high school. Now that is just a theory, a new one, never thunk it before, never tried to. I'd love to read other theories.

I'm sure you're right that they had no plan to begin with. It seems to me that there are two wild cards - Lois & Tracy. But, with Tracy they know tons of things they can involve her in. I think moving her into the end (one hopes) of the SEC story was their first attempt at using her in regular story - and I think it worked. Even had some legs to it since she & Olivia had to come to terms. So, now, it's just a question of what else they can throw Lois towards. At least that's what I think. It might be a pairing but it might not. I don't think it has to be.

I'm not sure but I think maybe it already did that. Is this a post-apocalyptic troll board?

Do you believe in those rules that say that after a certain age you can't have long hair, can't wear certain things, etc.? Personally I think they are bunk. But, I wear my hair short these days & the last time I had it long, down my back I was, I think, 44 or 45. So maybe I don't really think they're bunk. Who knows. And also who cares. One thing I do know is that they will not get my fun t-shirts & my jeans away from me till they pry them out of my cold dead fingers. NO WAY!

12-23-91 Day 31 (2-10-24) No one was a jerk. Cmdr. Brady back at an ofc in the cop shop, been a long time. Welcomed & met cops who are new to him. Marlena there but she leaves. Bo wakes Carly & they make love. John has a speech to make to Isabella abt the baby. "I want this baby." Then he asks her to be patient with him. The satchel only had 3 items in it & none help with his unknown identity. He says he can't stay there in her apt. During this winter Christmastime episode we see John outside, just wandering, seemingly lost. Izzy has a good talk with Marcus. Marlena comes back to see Roman, says she likes seeing him in his element. Then, she holds him down & thoroughly & passionately kisses him. He did not resist.

I wanted to post about some of the funeral. I'm so glad that they streamed it, sharing with us. One family member described the days they spent together with him & with each other at the house before & that is so wonderful. One member of the family collected one word for Bill from all of the family members! Jason47 has made a post of it. And the various members of the family who are musically talented & all they added. Especially loved the song from The Fantastiks & the Barbershop. Susan was amazing & I have such empathy for her. And when Deidre's voice broke, ...

Yes!!! Who would think hiding someone above Brady Pub would be an idea AT ALL, much less a good one!! When we saw this on Day of Days my very first thought was the ornaments!!! And, here, we are & we don't know if they were saved, or salvageable, or what???!!! I am somewhat dismayed that we don't know today, right now, where Xander is or has been! I have not personally seen any non-watchers speaking about Burning Down Horton House, but even if they're not watching I can understand why DAYS fans would hear about it & be upset. Sure, why wouldn't they be? I know that if this had happened at a time when I was on a break that I would still have been upset to hear about it. To me that is just natural. Today was 34 minutes long but how many flashbacks did we have? Was it 7? It was a heckuva lot! We might've only gotten about 25 minutes of new content! All of that said, it was good DAYS.

At the funeral of Bill Hayes, Ken Corday seems to make a dig about the current situation with the show & the lawsuit. See what you think. Say what you feel. This is only the introduction of his time at the podium. I thought it was appalling, totally without class. and first I do not believe he has ever been the kind of EP that you would call a Showrunner so that immediately is rather insulting that he would claim the title. And then to make an obvious dig at AriZ's lawsuit especially in this setting, is audacious. I mean how much nerve does he have?

Errol, I'm just trying to be and remain cognizant of what we are all guilty of, and that is topic drift. I do not believe my reply was in any way out of line. I am not the only person to mention this & to try to come up with a way to achieve topicality. I believe that it is in fact trying to have a sense of humor about this. But, listen, if you are going to start posting in this way in threads to call people out, I look forward to what you are going to be hitting an elite group with! It should be very entertaining.

Thank you, Robb, I thought so. So Monday morning quarterback here, I think Paul should have stuck with AW & Gail Kobe should have been the TEXAS EP from jump.

I don't see how NBC would have been involved in hiring any individuals for TEXAS. And since Paul Rauch & some others came up with the idea likely he was just naturally made the EP. But, if they'd wanted him to concentrate JUST on AW & have someone else EP the spin-off, was Gail Kobe producing yet or was she still an actress?

Well, she turned out to have a huge purpose in the SEC story. She was the reveal. Then there's been some afterplay from that. A big scene with Olivia.

I'm just going to suggest that some of the time there may be choices made that the actor loves & the costume designer loves & some fans do not agree & that's certainly okay. But imagine if you will that they thought this was totally Lois. But, CG, you make a good point. Sometimes thinks read one way in the light of the wardrobe room & read another way on camera. But, I can assure you that this is not one of those times. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
