  1. I had no problems with your Valentine's Day joke. I thought it was funny. I was reiterating something that I've posted years ago in this thread because it has happened before - don't use this thread to complain about the board. It wasn't just a response to this one specific post above, but the many posts from the last couple of pages.
  2. Great cast! But this franchise has had no luck at all. Putting it up against Superman is interesting. Are they hoping for a Barbenheimer Part 2?
  3. Don't use this thread, or any thread, to complain about other posters. Report your issues. If action is to be taken, @Errol and I will respond. I've said this many times in the past: let people hang themselves. But sometimes the wheels of justice might not roll as fast as you want it to. Everyone just needs to relax.
  4. Yeah, it's definitely a good guess JHB and Harrison wrote during the strike. Lindsay wrote 8 scripts in 2014 and then all of a sudden, she's back? Very sketchy. We'll see who else shows up/disappears. And it's also a good guess Janice was fired as well.
  5. What the! You trying to get “The Taylor Effect” for SON with this post or something? 🤣
  6. Last Sunday Taylor wins her 4th AOTY at the Grammys and now Travis wins his 3rd Super Bowl - what a power couple right now. Fantastic 4th quarter and overtime. Once SF kicked that field goal in overtime, you just knew Patrick Mahomes was going to drive down the field and score a touchdown. Just a one example on how Taylor is impacting relationships by just attending a football game. A lot of young girls are getting into the NFL and bonding with their father which is just really awesome to see.
  7. Christopher Nolan won the DGA. One step closer to his long awaited Oscar. 🙏

  9. Right. It's okay to admit mistakes and say you're sorry about being wrong. That's a good character trait to have. There's always situations where people just want to be angry about the littlest things just so they can bring out the pitchforks to make themselves feel better, or justify their beliefs. It's like context doesn't matter. Truth doesn't matter. Just "being right" matters.
  10. There's no need to run away. I just asked a simple question.
  11. I forgot to ask, for those who were upset with Taylor "snubbing" Celine, did you just see the clip of her accepting the award or were you watching live? If you were watching live and saw Taylor standing up, clapping, and singing to Celine's song, how could you see that and then think Taylor intentionally snubbed Celine? It doesn't make sense.
  12. True, but I'm telling you as someone who follows Taylor's every move (LOL), she's not a negative person. If Taylor constantly did the stuff like Nicki's doing, I wouldn't be such a huge fan of Taylor's. And the size of Nicki's fanbase is nowhere near the size of Taylor's.
  13. Yes, I remember their tenure not being liked by fans and I was one of them. I was pretty happy when Guza replaced them.
  14. Taylor is literally standing, clapping and SINGING one of her songs, and looks really excited to see her. Like come on guys. This is ridiculous. Look, if she intentionally was bitchy towards someone and did something truly malice, I would say so. This was not it. And Taylor is not a negative person. I wouldn't follow someone so closely if they were because I don't like to have a lot of negativity in my life. I gravitate towards Taylor because she is genuinely a positive person, and yes of course it helps that I love her music. She would not have this huge of a fanbase if she was a negative person - parents would not be sharing her music with their daughters/sons, bringing them to concerts, bringing them to the movie theatres to see the concert movie. They wouldn't expose their children to her.
  15. Awesome. Thanks! Glad they included the end credits. I totally forget that Janet Iacubuzio and Chris Whitesell were HWs at GH in 1997.
  16. Yeah, this whole Celine thing is blown out of proportioned. It's small things like this, that haters are waiting for. Taylor can't mess up. And if she does, people are going to jump on her because they can't wait to take her down. I've seen this her entire career. People take what they see on screen for 5 seconds and twist it to make it look like she did something so bad so they can't say "see....I was right!!". It's like at the MTV VMA awards in 2013 when One Direction was up on stage accepting an award and they cut to Taylor and Selena Gomez, and Taylor mouthed "Shut the f--- up." Instantly, people jumped all over that thinking she was talking about Harry, when in fact she was telling Selena that in a way friends do. But it was 5 seconds enough to bring out the claws. Same in 2016 after the infamous phone call. Back to these awards, it was the record 4th album of the year - the most by ANYONE EVER. She was understandably overjoyed, and she got lost in the moment - look at how excited she on stage hugging her co-producers. Sometimes when something unexpected happens and it's something major, you're in shock and all your faculties aren't there. LOL What you didn't see on the broadcast was after she was done her speech, she turned to Celine and acknowledged her and Celine said something back. Taylor is like the last person to intentionally disrespect a legend like Celine. When Celine came out, Taylor was on her feet and singing the entrance song. And Taylor is also always standing up and singing along to people's performances, while most people in the audience are sitting down looking bored. You saw a misstep, in a big moment, and think it's a character flaw because you hate her. You you still something small and blow up it. If you think Taylor is self absorbed, you clearly don't follow her and see how she interacts with people, with strangers, with fans. Yeah, I don't understand that generalization either. Weird statement.
  17. 16 straight posts with just you two? WTF LOL. You know you could just PM each other right?
  18. It's Kate Hall! I didn't count Kate in the 5 because she's been at GH for a long time. I only know Shannon Peace is a women of color.
  19. That's why you have a script editor, and HWs are also known to check up on scripts. There's also writers' assistant where you can ask them to go look up information if they have questions. LOL. And to be fair, you can still be a new writer and not know the shows history too well. You write scripts off breakdowns. You write breakdowns from whatever the HW gives you.
  20. Which GH does do/have. They've brought in 5 new writers (2 SWs, 3 BDWs) to daytime in the last 3 years. All women.
  21. Y&R: - Lindsay Harrison first listed as Script Writer on February 2 Lindsay wrote 8 scripts for Y&R in 2014.
  22. Holy sh!t!!! She did it!! I really did not expect the Grammy voters to give Taylor her 4th album of the year, and therefore the most ever by an artist, so soon after winning her 3rd just 3 years ago. I thought they'd make her wait. But I'll take it. So happy for her. And not only that.....but there's a new album coming out on April 19!! Holy sh!t again! LOL I can't believe we're getting a new album in the middle of a tour. Taylor is a workaholic. Her work ethic is impeccable. She keeps feeding us. Us fans are so lucky. What a memorable night. So proud of Taylor. AHHHH
  23. Aw damn. She was favourite out of her age group. Esme was the most interesting and most fun when she was scheming. Every show needs a schemer like her, someone who drives the story forward. I had hope that Patrick Mulchaey would get the opportunity to write for her and Heather because he's very good at writing parent/son/daughter scenes. I think he would've liked the Heather/Esme dynamic, or at least he would've improved that dynamic. Pohl/Chavez were so good together - they definitely brought out the best in each other. I guess it's fitting they left together. She was also really good with Lindstrom and Mills.

  25. It depends on what you want. LOL. As a fan, I want her to announce reputationTV in February, so you're going to be hearing about that. Then during the actual release of the album, there's going to be more talk. Then we got the last re-release, her debut album, probably coming in late 2024. So the talk about Taylor isn't really going to die down in 2024. But the thing is, you probably won't hear her speak - she's not going to be doing interviews or talk shows. So the focus on her is going to be from other forces. The "other forces" know Taylor moves the needle, she brings in money, she brings in clicks....everyone wants to use her for that. That's not going to disappear anytime soon. And then if we factor in the election, there's going to be more freak outs by the right-wing media when she will for sure tweet on National Voter Registration Day in September. So if you want a break from Taylor, it will be in 2025......unless she decides to do a second leg in the US, which is my prediction. LOL.
