If Frank and his chosen new HWs can get the show back to 0.3-0.4 18-49 demo and get to 2-2.3 million Total Viewers, I think he'll be safe for a long time.

Agreed! Frank has been the best EP for any soap opera for such a long time now. There's a reason why GH can oftentimes feel like a soap that was produced in the 90's and 2000's, before the soaps got their budget slashed and sets/cast started to shrink. They can still do big weddings and big events, and have 20+ cast members in an episods, or do Halloween and Christmas episodes with kids of characters we know, or do Nurses Ball, etc. As for as his job safety......maybe if even safer now than before if he didn't make the decision to hire PM/EK as Head Writers. He could go to the higher ups and be like "see......the ratings are low and they're not my HWs."

I think Carolyn and Richard would come out of retirement if they had a chance to be part of their daughter's team. Same with Courtney Simon. Two daughters of these fantastic soap writers are now the Co-Head Writers of a soap. That would be pretty cool.

Fresh blood.......promote Emily Culliton to Head Writer at GH. She's young and she's there already in the writers room so she's not coming in without knowing what's going on. And I would bring in her parents, Richard and Caroyln, to be her Co-Head Writers (secondary Co-HWs, not equal Co-HWs), to help her out with the politics, the structure, and everything that a HW has to deal with. You have new blood and you have experience all in one family, one team.

If she had a residency in Vegas, I think I would go see her just as long as she plays the hits.

I was surprised to see Fran write an episode. She rarely does that. The last episode she wrote was on August 4, 2020.

It should! LOL But not everyone cares about credits like we do. I guess beggars can't be choosers because it's the only way I get to watch the show. Thanks. I have no real opinion of her as a script editor. It's hard to judge that position. Another question, did all the script writers return on May 17?

@JAS0N47 When was Fran Myers listed as Script Editor? Was it May 31, or was it when the first SW was listed on May 17? I hate it that people who upload episodes cut out the end credits. LOL

Yeah, it does seem DAYS was trying the "Griffith-way" by having a low amount of breakdown writers. But we know Jamey leaves and then comes back as a breakdown writer. And I don't see the show keeping Sonja, so they probably had to wait until her cycle was up. I'd be shocked if she's still writing right now.

Checked both feeds on GlobalTV and CBS, and Y&R did not have any writer/director/producer credits on Wednesday May 22. It's been an unusual week at GH with double crediting the BDW and SW on May 22, and listing two SWs on May 24, unless they promoted Cathy Lepard to BDW.

Hollywood Reporter: Live Nation Sued By Justice Department In Antitrust Lawsuit Seeking Break Up Finally! I hope it happens. Ticket prices in North America are insanely high, especially in the resale/secondary market. I was looking at some of the European prices on the secondary market for Taylor Swift tickets and they are so much cheaper.

"I had one drink....maybe more." End of show. Jesus Christ, this show. LOL. At the end of yesterday's episode, Chase was going to find Tracy to tell her the news, and then nothing today. For months we saw Gregory/Tracy's friendship, so when he dies, we don't even get to see her reaction? I just never expected to see the writing from this regime to be this bad. I thought Jophielle Love was great in those emotional scenes yesterday. I know people make fun of her because her character can be annoying at times, but I do think Jophielle is talented. I think she's going to be really good as she gets older. She reminds me of McKenna Grace and Alyvia Alyn Lind who both showed a lot of potential at that young age when they were at Y&R.
