  1. It's not that big, very nice however!
  2. I'll have to check him out!
  3. Just saw James Hyde (Sam, PASSIONS) in commercial for Botox. Suffice it to say, it's fitting.
  4. She gets a bad rap, for no real reason.
  5. I'm in the minority, but Jennifer Bransford want bad, she was just dropped in at the wrong time, and I thought her Carly was reminiscent of Sarah Brown.
  6. I need more information.
  7. I'm curious about what could have been if the Marlena spin-off had happened in '86 instead of '92.
  8. Body and Soul is a terrible title, but so is Manhattan Lives. Isn't it kind of a known fact that daytime soaps named after a location never last? Compared though, Manhattan Lives does sound better. I why it never came to pass. Has Deidre Hall ever been interviewed about it?
  9. Thank God you're not trying to sell it! Lmgao! He's right up there with Vivian Jovanni!
  10. Chris McKenna. Lol. Ass Police is in alert again!!!
  11. My photo album is bakery. Perhaps you should follow my Tumblr...
  12. It sounds interesting, but the title makes it seem like it's part of the P&G/Guiding Light/Another World universe. .
  13. Upper body jocks gross me out. I do understand, being a guy with a potent posterior, that buying pants can be an issue, but not the way that you think. They really should be working the whole body, it just looks much better. Daniel Goddard for example, his body wouldn't look nearly as bad if his ass wasn't damn near concave.
  14. Lol. Well, I'm a soap fan, which means I'm working OVERTIME.
  15. Too bad he's got none to show.
  16. Another GIANT issue is the obsession that soap fans have with living in the past. If new soaps did come around all people would say then is,"that space could go to (...)"
  17. Here's a great question: How many on this board watch the online only soaps that presently available? The Bay? Any of them? That's an important part of this discussion.
  18. I'm not averse to online viewing, I'm averse to how some sites tend to be set up. I also don't want to have to search for them. I have trouble finding the online soaps that are available. I have also NEVER heard anything about them on this board. I wouldn't mind getting 65 episodes every six months.
  19. I do remember that and as I recall, these shows gathered ratings. I think it could work now. Hell, it's better than the 6 hours of court shows, followed by Maury and Wilkos! I know I would certainly love a new episode of a soap every day over that crap!
  20. If I was going to do a soap, that's kinda how I'd do it. Almost novela style, in mini seasons that could be open ended, but also end without feeling like you're missing something.
  21. I've got to get down to Duke! How does everyone feel about syndicated soaps? Do you think that's an idea that could be an alternative to the network bullshit?
  22. 13 Bourbon Street sounds like an interesting idea, and the creators sound so positive and invested about it. I personally hate singing and singing storylines on soaps, but this could have been a fun idea. It's really disappointing that FOX never got into the the late night soap game. There's a huge field of potential there! If I actually ever get a soap in the air, that's where I want it! No competition and FOX ratings are a bit more lenient. You can also get a bit more risque. Bourbon Street was such a missed opportunity. I would love to see the Bible.
  23. I'm really interested in learning more about "Bourbon Street" and why it never came to pass. All I know is that it was supposed to air on FOX. Any other details would be amazing.
