  1. I remember him well from my days in NM.
  2. You can always go back and rewatch it all. I plan to with several of these recently.
  3. This headline reads as a puff piece, but it's not that IMO. A decent read:
  4. Breathless, gossipy coverage from Swan (another foreign journo who always seems endlessly and inappropriately amused and fascinated by the most corrupt American politicians possible while knowing full well what they are, a trend in that industry I have not failed to notice over the years), but with important information:
  5. There were a series of exposes on CSM being a con artist in media in the last 5-10 years. Nick Stabile I thought was an awful miscast. I guess Huss will do for now, he's done a good job.
  6. He did a solid job previously, though I still think he is a stopgap measure bc Coloma burned his bridges and Tyler is just not capable at present. (Noted con artist CSM is not an option.) I wonder what they will do going forward.
  7. Zero pity.
  8. I know playing opposite the likes of Helen Mirren on Prime Suspect is no patch on Kellie Bright, but he has been around the block a time or two!
  9. Poor Colin Salmon. He's too talented for this story.
  10. This is over, but the GOP will prop him up like a Potemkin village if they can.
  11. The WaPo article is, refreshingly, non-paywalled. You can run the VF article through archive.is, or just click here.
  12. Charles Parnell, the unspeakably hot Frons-era recast Derek Frye on AMC, continues booking big things including David Fincher's latest, The Killer.
  13. Ron did the same thing with a Christmas movie everyone loved on OLTL (and I think GH). It was cute for awhile, but then got ridiculous with a few other elements.
  14. Just report it, and ask Toups and Errol to ban these obvious accounts. There's at least a half dozen that look and act the same way.
  15. Good luck loading Twitter at all atm, but I'm posting this link blind just in case:
  16. She looks perfectly fine. She was last on Days almost 20 years ago.
  17. This all sounds ridiculous and I feel for both performers.
  18. Post-Hulu and pre-#MeToo, I always said that in theory I wouldn't have an issue with Todd and/or Blair coming in and out of the show either solo or as a package to mix things up and make trouble like Skye's later short-term stints, or when GH brought Marco Dane on in the early '90s. I thought that kind of short crossover for troublemaking characters was worthwhile and I thought Todd functioned well on GH as the local muckraker and shít-stirrer. But I also always said that in order to even begin to consider bringing OLTL characters back GH would have to have reestablished a firm foundation again without a bunch of OLTL or other soaps' characters/castoffs still on the show dominating airtime. That was ten years ago and it hasn't happened yet, and bringing OLTL characters on for real stints would only pull more focus. Plus #MeToo has since rendered Todd radioactive and unusable. And while I don't mind when Nora or Jack Montgomery or whoever appear briefly, it really doesn't help GH. Nora and Blair were both favorites of mine, but how does it service GH? It doesn't, it's just Frank unable to let go.
  19. Blair had a cosmetics/jewelry company of her own back in the day, Melador. It's conceivable it could be a rival to Deception, she ran it during Lucy's Deception heyday.
  20. I have a sinking feeling Blair will turn out to be MEK's secret ex-wife or whatever. Which, okay, but why? I am sure they will do a dumb scene with Roger, since they keep bringing Patrick Gibbons/Sam Manning (who bless him, cannot act) back for him too. I will be more amazed if they indicate any respect for post-FV/RC OLTL continuity. Granted the Hulu revival was relatively obscure and short-lived, I wouldn't lean heavily on it for story, but the show going on without Frank and Ron was very personal and bitter for them at the time, and it showed onscreen in the 'dueling Pickle Lilas' storyline on GH.
  21. I mean, I'll be glad to see Blair but this isn't what GH needs. I assume Frank will ignore any trace of OLTL 2.0 continuity.
