Any smart writer, would use this as a time to reset Carly as a character, she's lost Jason, she's on the verge of losing Sonny to Nina, there's a massive turning point for the character here, but honestly I won't hold my breath to see anything substantial happen to Carly as a character after Jason's 1000th presumed death.

This is so sad, I always believed Lisa would be one of those soap stars who would be with us forever, she was such a force to be reckoned with. Such a dynamic and vivacious soul that radiated even on screen. She will forever be missed.

The Cullitons are some of the most underrated writers in the biz. The Cullitons and Broderick deserve a medal for still being in soaps, where much of the old guard have retired or simply left due to unpleasant experiences.

Guiding Light Inidia and Alan-Michael. India never came back after the ex wives club sadly. Saddened such a complex character as A-M never returned, nor did his grandfather Mike Bauer. Rita Stapleton, especially that it may have been implied she was pregnant when she left town. Selena Claire Ramsey Harley Cooper and Ross Marler

Funny how you compare SFT to ATWT's production values, because if I'm correct, SFT's EP Mary Ellis Bunim leaves that show become producer of ATWT in the early 80s.

Guiding Light Ed Bauer played by Peter Simon in 2002 Vanessa returning in 2002 for the anniversary episodes as well. Honestly 2002 had plenty of returns I was shocked at, including KT as Mindy. A deSORASED Susan Nola and Bridget Reardon for the last episode.

Calling it now; Phillip fakes his death and pins it on Brady because he’s under the impression that Brady and Chloe slept together (even though those two were discussing Rafe and Nicole) Yawn, but good that we get some good scenes out of it from LK. wooooohoo the bear is decapitated!!!

So again DAYS streaming series/film will be more interesting than the actual show airing on NBC. LOL

THIS. I can't believe this is the same Head Writer who wrote such humanizing scenes for Susan then. She's a complete and total cartoon now, and barely interacts with said son she was distraught over losing years ago.

Seriously. Why couldn’t Maxie had burst in and confess Bailey is her child, and then all three come to agreement to keep up the charade that Bailey is Valentin’s. And WHY WAS MAXIE TAKING SO LONG, if she knew their secret was under threat of being uncovered. Dan and Chris build up a good storyline and then always let me down in the end. Sheesh.

I wouldn't mind seeing Britt developing a love/hate relationship with a new doctor who comes to GH and lacks any sort of bedside manner with his patients. Other than that, I've got nothing...

GL: Frank Cooper. Honestly I would've traded him for Det. Cutter (RIP 🥲) during Brent/Marion's reign of terror. Richard Winslow/Jefrrey abomination stayed on GL until the bitter end.

I recall for GL, when she first arrived, Crystal Chappell had chemistry with everybody.

Rest easy. I always made sure to catch her interaction with the Q's and Luke.😪

DAYS and GH: C+ Both shows have glaring problems, but overall I find each entertaining in their own way. B&B: D+ Y&R: F When you have me longing for the days of Mal Young, you've failed as a writer. JG is obsessed over writing about events that did not occur on screen, and not properly resolving stories.

The show just needs to pull the trigger with Joss; break her and Cam up, have her fall for her professor(much to Carlys disapproval), and become an unapologetic b!tch.
