Megan Ward's Kate worked her way up to the job at Crimson while Nina did, checks notes, nothing to get the job though. I think it varies in writing if Nina is competent or not at any jobs she's had like the time she practically ran the Metro Court into the ground because Carly needed her job back.

My dislike for JackOLantern knows no bounds. #FreeMichael lol. Tbf, I did mention I did give her her due when she read Willow down and the actresses do have good rival chemistry. Dare I say it...even more than Sasha/Willow?

I can see that. I want to say...for the most part I want to say Nina is competent for the most part at Crimson, but it's been so long since they focused on it in any serious way that I wouldn't be sure if that was still the case now.
