Cecelia Spetch (Lia) has implied big things will happen in May with the plasma storyline. She said it was exciting for a woman to be a part of such action. Further down the line in June, Brandon Claybon seemed to indicate the Y&R crossover will be exciting as well.

I think I can safely say since we found out she’s been playing Bill all along, Hayley is definitely my favorite character on the show. Now that we get to see how much she hates Bill’s kids, I die laughing. I really enjoyed Lynette, if she’s really dead I can’t believe we got another completely offscreen death.

Carlton’s spray on beard continues to annoy me. And it’s crazy to me he wanted his best friend’s wife for admittedly decades. That’s so slimy.

Yeah, it's a big ick. It would be one thing if he said he always thought Nicole was beautiful or that he admired the person she is, but that's not what he is saying or how it is coming across.

Big agree on everything. When they doled out the sets, they were high on Dupree Febreze or something. Also agree on the unnecessary coffee set.

Some of us always had the notion that Carlton was one of those guys that are sitting around, waiting for their "best friend" to mess up so that he can swoop down, like that man under glass (do not break-only in case of emergency). Just sleazy.

Having said that, I'm now more convinced than ever that the writers should stop trying to make Carlton some sort of heroic figure and lean into his scheming and connect him to Leslie and Eva, as Eva's real bio dad. That would inject some desperately needed dramatic twists. I'm not saying to write it as if Carlton knew all along but as though he might have suspected when Leslie came back to town and brought Eva with her but pushed it out of his mind because he knew a breakup between the Richardsons would give him a clear shot at Nicole. It would give some much needed layers to this story.

Well. I could buy that Carlton was always attracted to Nicole-why not? She's abeautiful, intelligent woman. But Ted and Nicole were so loved up when we first saw them, that I can't imagine he would have any thoughts that there would be a rupture in that long term successful marriage.

But as @GLATWT88 pointed out they're not playing it that way.

In two minds as to whether Eva should be not be Ted's child. Surely with a crazy like Leslie turning up and dropping that bombshell, Ted should have done a DNA test.

I don't think they are ever going to undo Eva and Kat being sisters.
