I don't think it's an either/or. I happen to think Dana, Dani, Eva, Nicole, Kat, etc. are all great.

Certain folks aren't going to be some posters' favorites and that's fair enough. But I would argue most of those characters above (and several others) have caught on with a lot of the online audience. I've even warmed up to Martin!

I've seen it posted elsewhere people saying "Veronica" should be on this show. My response is always going to be hell no. 

You're definitely right about these characters catching on with the audience. Everyone has their favorite. I was pleasantly surprised people have some for Doug.

That's what I've liked about this show. I don't have anyone that I hate or dislike on this show. I would have to reach for the threesome husband if I had to choose someone and that's because he can't act. And even he improved in his last appearance.

the gag is most of the mess happened in the last 10 minutes but they did a great job o building it up the entire episode. Im going to watch it again. This was such a good episode and did not disappoint.

One of the finer details of the episode I noticed is Leslie and Eva's dresses are representative of what a lower income person who had a windfall would buy for an event and consider to be glamorous. I worked in Nordstrom and there was a lot of this sort of aesthetic on the racks in the evening wear section. Definitely not cheap, but not couture either.

In the preview for the show back in February on Entertainment Tonight, Jeresa the costume designer was specific about each character's economic background, personality, and the character's personal fashion preferences.  Very much about the characters and not the actors.
She said Eva is a thrifter, so her normal daily wardrobe would be something from a thrift store, and if BTG buys it new, they intentionally make it look used.
So what you said fits about the type of thing a lower income person would buy for a fancy event.

They're different characters, for sure. Dani is a "Have" but she still has the underdog, aspirational element, and yearning, for Independence. Similar to Erica Kane. When the show gets to digging into Anita's career; I want them to reveal more unresolved issues between the two. I would find it believable for someone like Dani to have grown up with resentment and complex issues being surrounded by BRILLIANCE from every corner.
