What characters do you recall that for various soapy reasons had to dress in drag or assume some sort of disguise?

The drag aspect was supposed to be amusing for the most part and a lot of the 'disguises' were often unconvincing. 

Discuss and any pics if possible...

Most recently Phyllis on Y&R donned a disguise to attend her own memorial service.

 

Brent Lawrence and “Marian Crane,” Guiding Light. Such a dark story. Wouldn’t fly today, of course, without considerable backlash.

During the Phillip goes nuts and hurts the poor widdle Coopers story on GL, Harley donned disguise to investigate in Spaulding (apparently the hiring process and security at Spaulding was very lax) and GA rightly was pissed off about it, as it was obviously was Harley and so he incorporate eye drops in a scene.

A really good actor and character wasted on trying to make the audience like Lucy Cooper and the actress, one of JFP's friends.

Such a good actor. So frightening. Not surprising he carried some of that darkness IRL. He elevated that story that, without question, would be deemed transphobic today.

Not gonna link to a clip because of how Santa Barbara videos get taken down so promptly, but Judith McConnell’s Sophia was in male drag when she first appeared in town.

Sheila on B&B, fairly recently.

Rosemary Forsyth, original Sophia on SB only got to appear in drag as Dominic before being replaced by Judith McConnell.

Y&R's Phyllis in 2004 and 2005.

When Jack was pretending to be Gay to keep Greta at arm's length on Days back in 2001-02, he Dreesed up as a drag queen for some reason! I found the clip rather recently unfortunately I don't know if there's the full clip from before the disguise is ruined but gives an idea
