I'm glad Hope told Thomas to f*ck off!

I'm neither team Logan nor team Forrester.  I've liked/disliked characters from all the families at different times.

At the moment I like both Steffy *and* Hope.

There have been times when I thought Hope was dull.  I thought she was clueless about Thomas.
Right now I like Hope having a backbone.

But at this point I'm just team Douglas.

Hope has no room to tell anyone to F*ck off given her history and how many chances she's given Lame

Let me guess Deacon will get insta forgiveness from her, somehow it'll be Sheila's "fault" that Deacon kept her hidden.

I so hope Thomas uses that to get his son back. Harboring a fugitive is WORSE than a manipulation

Why I cannot care about this show - I had it on while working in the background. So 2 things.

I think I heard Bill say “just give me one chance” to Katie. Which we’ve all heard uttered to Katie before. And Brooke. And whoever. Yawn.

“this is gonna sound crazy, but SHEILA IS ALIVE!”

If I’m a character on the show (turns around)…takes swig of martini:  ”And? Can you pass me that pipe and grinder please? Thanksomuch!”

@Jeff Yeah, B&B alwys seems to miss the mark of creating somthing really special and with meaning. Instead of creating this Shelia rubber doll, they could have made Shelia into this right here:

She could've been the next Elephant Man, you know? As this sickly looking creature lurks around the streets of L.A., the women wih their botox injections and plastic surgery scream in desoluted horror. After a while, the L.A.'ers start to have a soft spot for this poor tender beast as they begin to realize the things that should really be aopreciated and valued in life don't necessarly come in all small scapels and syringes.

If They Break Him and Steffy Up, which I hope doesn't happen unless they get very very dull, I hope they have him with Bridget, she may be a little older but she's still very attractive and they're both doctors so they sure could have an understanding, I'd rather have that than the writers trying to shove a swing Between Hope and Him and Steffy and Liam

The show really should try having a work angle again, it would be refreshing seeing Taylor, Bridget and Finn's Medical Work, Ridge, Eric, Donna, Brooke, Carter, Steffy and Hope Working at Forrester (In different Departments obviously), and Katie and Bill at Spencer, there's been way too much personal drama lately, they only seem to use the Business Sets so coworkers can talk they're problems

My sentiments exactly lol

I actually don't know why they broke and and Him Up??? What happened I didn't watch it, last I saw of Quinn she stopped the Wedding, and Was happy with him, I was so angry they made all that Lady Chatterley [!@#$%^&*] for nothing

Not to mention he doesn't have any right at all to expect anything from Katie he cheated on her with Brooke Twice (Wish once was with Donna at least but I digress)

    • To bring over from the May Sweeps Thread from @Chris B   I know the fashions have gotten mixed reviews but I actually like what the new costume designer is putting the cast in. It feels more modern and the more tacky pieces I feel make sense for rich people. They're buying for the brand and the price and we often see celebs in things like this. Especially for a character like Nikki, I feel the more over the top (and tacky), the more realistic it is.   I agree. While it has been hit and miss no question, I have found it fascinating to watch what the costume designer is attempting to do with the various characters and their clothes. Some have been overdue. Some have been fascinating. But (outside of Billy) not boring to watch. I definitely find it more modern as well.   My growing issue has been it's not good that the best reason to watch Y&R as of late has been to see what people are wearing rather than the writing. It feels like a red flag.
    • Haha. The fact that I stopped regularly viewing at the same time and know what you are talking about is chef's kiss.    I'm slowly bingewatching Nurse's Ball Week. But it's slow for me because a lot of the same tics and writing flaws for me that made me throw up my hands is still evident *cough*CVE*cough* Thankfully, there are some things I like also and from a glance in the GH May Thread, it seem like it had a good Sweeps with good fallout. And do I even need to mention Nina finally slapping the taste out of Carly's mouth? See? Regardless of her flaws, I do enjoy Korte-headed episodes over CVE-headed episodes because they always seem to have more emotional resonance to long-time fans.
    • And that charity does still get mentioned from time to time. I want to say the last time was some time this year, too.
    • Oh, no. Vernon has definitely had his moments.   Choose silence anyone?
    • Search YT for Edwyn Sanchez, he posted an AI enhanced episode of ATWT and it is beautiful.
    • That's so funny, that's how I listen to Montecito - while walking my dog. I'll have to check out Forever & a Day.
    • I need to listen! Forever & a Day was a fun soapy podcast to have available when I walked the dog.
    • A few years ago, Devon and Nick started a charity organization together, I think it's for housing in the community.
    • I’m hoping to start getting to know Vernon better this month. He’s really only been a bunch of noble and good tropes so far. I don’t want him to be taken down the way Ted has been, but it seems he was a long-running Senator and no matter what party you are, lasting longer than twenty years means you’re looking out for you (and not who you’re supposed to be looking out for) most of all. I want to get to know both Vernon and Anita beyond their Dupree posturing. Clifton Davis can sleepwalk handling the kind of material Christopher Bernau and David Lewis handled and I’d like to see more than just a saint.
    • I thought Emily/Hal was a really interesting pairing. And I think KMH played that version of Emily very well! It might not have been what people wanted from Emily, and the writing got pretty gross at the end, but I thought she embodied that character effectively.
