I wish Peacock worked better on my streaming device. Makes streaming Days of Our Lives difficult.

Today Peacocktv 'bubbled' the sound for the whole show, audio a real mess & I was trying to hear what words were said & how.

Must be your internet service. I’ve never had a problem streaming Peacock.

By the way, we constantly heard about filmed scenes on NBC that had to be cut for time. Why couldn’t those scenes be shown now?

I figure that they could even go back to a 42 min. show instead of a 36 min. show if they want to unless they need to allow more ad time for Canada or something like that.

For some reason, they stopped posting cut scenes on the YouTube channel. Thankfully, that probably won’t happen anymore due to the Peacock change

It has nothing to do with my internet, because Hulu, Netflix et al all perform fine. It's simply Paramount+ and Peacock that my PS4 don't want to stream properly; I've uninstalled and re-installed the apps multiple times. I've no issue with them on my computer, but that's not where I stream from.

It's already been announced the episodes debuting in February will be longer in length. But these were intended for airing on NBC, so they're remaining about an average run of 36 minutes.

The last I heard Ken Corday had talked about the possibility which sounded good.

It hasn't been announced - Corday just commented that being on Peacock they don't have to worry about episode length. But at the same time, they still sell the show to syndication in other countries. So they'll still have to take that into consideration when cutting the episodes.

It seems DAYS always cuts a lot of extra scenes anyhow to make its runtime. Perhaps going forward, the Peacock episodes will include everything and the syndicated episodes elsewhere will have its usual cuts for time.

Meanwhile, will we finally get to hear Marlena drop the F--- bomb or some other choice words to her enemies? That'd be nice :)

Get a Roku or Amazon fire stick and watch it that way. I've never had a problem watching Peacock that way.

We may get a tease of it... but I don't know if they're going there... yet, especially since Eric Martsolf said he showed his backside on A Very Salem Christmas, but, at the last minute, they re-cut the scene to remove the nudity.

They're not putting nudity on DAYS as long as Corday and NBC are in charge and a large cut of the demographic is pushing 60-70, lol. Give up your wet dreams now.
