Yeah, this one had me wondering if I was a day behind on Peacock.

I mean, DAYS is confusing and all. Actually, I think the last time I saw Morgan Fairchild, I didn't even recognize her. I thought maybe she was an extra at the Horton Square when Sarah was throwing another one of her over-the-top outbursts and yelling, ""Oh, honey! Stop this mess. You're such a mess."

We're all human. But, don't ever play me like that. No, I'm just kidding. It would've been nice to see someone pop-off on Sarah though. If I were a fictional character on the show, I'd give anything to pop-off on her. Except I want to write my own lines because Sarah's had it coming for a long, long time.

Joseph, I wish I knew how to tell you to find the current GH episodes. Here they're on ABC broadcast network & then they are also on Hulu streaming network.

Why did they kill Abby. That is THE question. Marci, who was just most recently playing her didn't want to work permanent full-time on contract. She wants to be available for other projects. The other actress who had also played Abby was the same way. The show was frustrated with trying to schedule stories for couples when half the couple is working on recurring instead of on contract. That's the reason. To me they should have just recast & FOUND someone to work on contract.

Anyway, Morgan was just on for the day. There are no plans to have her back.

I wasn't playing. It was just sheer stupidity on my part. In case you can't tell I'm disgusted. But, I do appreciate that we are all human. Today I feel very human! Great clip!

I guess we can all figure out who wrote today’s breakdown. This Jan stuff is so unnecessary. And her dream?? The first time we see Evan shirtless and it’s wasted on that?

And where was Ben going with that baby sling? It was so tight, if there had been a real baby in there, it would’ve suffocated

So no funeral instead the episode is wasted on glorifying Ben and how they'll miss him and Leo. The script was cringworthy. Did Jamey write it?

Well at least Chandler Massey looked hot once again.

And was Ciara going to a cocktail party? Did her dress get lower in ever scene or did her boobs grow in one episode? Just curious....

Jan gets another cheeseburger I see and it actually looked good along with the cheeseburgers that Tripp and Steve were eating at Horton Square. I wonder if the crew orders stuff from Uber Eats and the restaurant they order from focuses on organic greens and grass-fed cattle. I don't eat that much meat, but damn I get hungry. And the buns! The buns look so soft. The way Heather Lindell just places her teeth and slowly bites down a mouth-watering bite. Perfection. With the current storyline, not so much. Whatever happens, it just goes through one ear and out the other, and that's a good talent to acquire! Absolutely. I wonder if these cheeseburgers are deliberately there to serve as a distraction knowing what the writers have written is absurd. Hey, look over there! Oh, that's so sneaky, but fictionally speaking, Jan needs to get her cholesterol level checked, bless her heart.

I can see Victoria Konefol doing some light porn that would air on late-night for Showtime or HBOMax. I can totally see it! She'd probably be really good at some light S&M. Give her a mouth-gag, some light whips and nipple clamps, and some burning candles, then I'm sure she'd rise to the occasion.

It would be nice to hear a soap character reply the words, "It's none of your [!@#$%^&*] business." after another character is sticking their nose where it doesn't belong. Two examples: Will and Ciara. It's none of Will's business where Leo Stark got his wad of smack daddy ca$h, and it's none of Ciara's business what Jan was saying after she was talking to herself like a lunatic. As much as I don't pay attention to the Belle/Shawn/Jan/EJ/Cheeseburgers storyline (although those cheeseburgers look so mouth-watering), I did find it funny how Ciara was talking to Shawn about Jan being a psychopath when the bitch is married to one.

I don't get Nancy either. That poor woman has sank to a new low. Wow. I wouldn't be dating no scrub.

So, I was thinking about the whole funeral thing and I don't think it was necessary to give Abby an onscreen funeral if it was just going to be 5 people.  You can actually do a good episode of mourning without it.  If Days structured the episode better and made the focus on Abby and her life with flashbacks and threw a few bucks at licensing a song for a montage it could have worked.  GH did it well years ago when they killed off Brenda in the 90's.  She didn't get a funeral and we just saw people close to her preparing to go to the funeral and remembering her with flashbacks and a final montage.  Then they showed the entire town empty (Kelly's, the Q mansion, Jax's, etc, etc) to show everyone was at her funeral and how important she was to the town.  Ron could have directly cribbed something like that.

Honestly, they could have tightened up the episode to feature less people to save money with that strategy, got a nice song, and then picked up after the funeral. The scenes with Chad and the clothing would have been more meaningful with a few flashbacks.

    • I never understood the point of Marchetti. Summer left the show for a job there in Italy. OK. When she returned they had Jack buy the company. Why couldn't Summer have returned and simply stated it was not a good fit, she missed her home , family/friends etc It was absurd that this internationally successful fashion empire could just be bought by a US cosmetics firm at the drop of a hat. What was the point when they never did anything with it at all? Summer simply could have gone to work at Jabot. And wasn't there some nonsense about an offshhoot called Marchetti Home? Was Phyllis attached to that at some point? This show...

    • Haven't seen today's ep yet but so will be interested to see the clothes. So far I think they have been very character specific (even if I don't like some of them eg Kat's cutsie style) Anita is very showy/glittery, Nicole classic elegance, Dani sexy/bold colors etc. Unlike Y&R which seems much more generic. Also BTG pays attention to the men's wardrobe and has developed a style for the boyz-which is harder to do with male fashion. The absence of any of Derek/Ashley at any of these big events again demonstrates how they are in a different universe to the rest of the show. Not that a nurse and a fireman would be there but still they seem destined at this point to stay in their own lane and have little interaction with the core of the show.
    • Agnes had written for Bernard Grant for many years on TGL as well as Ernest Graves and Joe Gallison,Doris Belack,Robert Milli, and  Antony Ponzini at AW. So she would probably gravitate to writing a role with an actor in mind or choosing someone she had written for before who she knew could deliver.
    • Once Johnny Dallas' cut himself off from Laurie Ann Karr and their son, and once Laurie successfully recovered from her mental problems, she wanted a new, fresh, and healthy start for the next chapter of her life. She legally reverted her name and changed John Victor's  surname to Karr. After moving to the country (when Teri  Keane was dropped from the show), Bill and Martha Marceau legally adopted Jennifer, the baby girl whom they had earlier taken in when the child's biological mother, Taffy Simms (and other bio family members) proved to be unfit to raise her. Jennifer legally and emotionally became a Marceau, and gave that name to her own daughter, whom Jennifer birthed through surrogacy as a single parent. Et...voila! The Karr and Marceau legacies live on.

    • BLQ is having second thoughts regarding putting her baby up for adoption. Chase is upset he can't tell Dante. So both are putting this on at lulus feet. Saying she is holding it over them. Lulu is doing none of this.
    • Yes she absolutely was involved in that story which seems to have gone nowhere.  She didn't start to remove herself from the writing until 1973.
    • Y'all are bringing back great memories of AMC 2.0 for me.  I haven't thought about it and the new characters in so long, well since it aired, and I plan to go re-watch it now. When AMC ended, I finally came to peace with it and accepted that I will never watch an hour of a TV show daily in my life again... something that I had been doing since I was 6-7 years old. I was starting a new career, relationship, and chapter in life when AMC 2.0 came out.  I found a way to watch it, but things felt differently for me at the time and when it was so short-lived and gone, it became such a distant memory, sadly.
