Steffy is dumb af to corner Sheila if she’s not packing heat. I guess where would the drama be if characters weren’t dumb af.

I was thinking the same thing. Have these people not learned over the years to not confront Sheila by oneself? Travel in packs, people. Packs.

Exactly. Bring back up. I know part of the fun of soaps, like trashy horror films, is predictable stupidity, but it would be refreshing if a character were actually smart (for once) and Sheila simply outwitted her, which would require some thought. This is just suicide.

And if you want to confront her for some reason, TELL THE SECRET TO SOMEONE first not to give her an incentive that "if only you were gone, noone would know".
Shout it from the rooftops first.

She did tell Finn, which at least gives her some cover, I guess.

OK I haven't watched the episode yet so I guess I withdraw my criticism although in my defense, you know what I just said applied to similar situations in the past.

I haven't seen today yet but I have to really commend JMW for her acting yesterday.
The cliffhanger is her telling Sheila she will never have a place in their lives ever after Steffy tells everyone but at the very last ten seconds JMW very subtly changes her face to determination to a fleeting hint of hesitation/doubt/fear and it was brief but really good.

Sorry Steffy fans, but I’m rooting for Sheila on this one! Steffy really needs to stop thinking she’s as tough as she thinks she is. I’m hoping Sheila gives a throwaway line that She dealt with Steffys grandmother multiple times for thinking she could handle Sheila the way she did.

Steffy needs a strong cup of STFU. Sheila just spared you a gutting, and you’re still gonna run your mouth? I guess Stephanie used to do the same thing with Sheila…

I saw the 35th anniversary episode.

I thought it was okay.

The highlight for me was all the flashback and just how awestucking KKL can be....cuz wow....

Well, something like this has been done a million times on soaps, so I don't think this is the twist that everyone was hyping up.

If it is, then everyone involved at the show, CBS, etc. should be ashamed of themselves.

Still don't see why they couldn't recast though
