According to EW. Chad Brannon (ex Zander Smith 2000-2004) is returning to the show. And will be returning to the show in March.

 

Wasn't he killed on-screen? I'm wondering has he been in some type of Witness Protection Program. Or is this going to be a new character altogether?

I'm sure it'll be something stupid, but I'm always happy to see Chad.

Yeah I was dreadfully expecting Bryan Craig. No matter what he is back for, I'm just happy to see Chad Brannon again. When it comes to casting characters in his age range, he's always one of my top choices. 

Jeez, are they that anti-Lucky that they're gonna have Liz interact with all of her former loves but him??

 

Regardless, I actually am looking forward to this. Hope it provides some good conflict, without any interference from anyone and without any propping of reformed serial killers. It'll be interesting to see how Cameron's gonna react when he meets his father for the first time.

Like others, I won't be shocked if he is doing some stupid shít like playing Zander appearing as a vision to Gentle Stepdad Franco, urging him to live to be there for Zander's son.
