Agreed. Now if they can just ease out her sister-friend Missy Reeves. 

I’m shocked they managed to keep this quiet. I’m guessing she leaves with Rafe?

Sad to see her go, but they really didn't know what to do with Hope these last few years. Even before Ron the writing for Hope was all over the place. I liked her and Rafe together but they ultimately went nowhere. 

 

Maybe it would have better off if she had quit in 2015, and instead of killing off Bo they could have gone off together.

 

I'm sure she'll be back though

Well for someone who only still watches for the Hortons, it's one less reason to watch the show. Although people tend not to stay gone for long on Days. Even if their character dies. 

Can she take Ciara and Ben with her?

Oh just read that she already filmed her last scenes.

Hope so. It did kind of seem like they were on the way to a reunion in the scenes they had together last week

Guess filming 78 eppies in 1 day isn't worth the monopoly money they're paid.  

 

Oh well, Hope has been a dud for quite some time now!

While the writing for Hope hasn't been there for a few years, I will miss KA. Hope is one of those characters that makes DAYS feel like DAYS  for me.

This makes me think of Kim Zimmer on SOD Podcast she was an actor on GL but also a fan and in retrospect said GL should have ended before peapak as the show wasnt GL anymore & had no $$$$$

As for DAYS, I think you're right. If they don't get any money soon I'm afraid this might be the end.

The budget is really impacting the show...to the point of often being distracting while watching it. They can't really tell these mustache twirling villain or brain chip stories on a dollar store budget. The only way it can work, IMO, is to focus on interpersonal relationships and family dynamics. It will take a whole rethinking of the show.
