I loved her on Soap. She was just extremely funny. The blackmail story with Bert and the wonderful Caroline McWilliams was one of the show's better stories.

Apparently official per his IG, and shocking. Here's a screencap (enlargeable by double clicking):

So heartbreaking. My first thoughts went to his scenes in Todd Solondz’s Life During Wartime. He played Shirley Henderson’s love interest who comes back to her in visions after taking his own life:

I just watched him yesterday. I can't imagine growing up without seeing Pee Wee, and his show, which was so smart, and treated kids with respect. It tells you a lot about how much Paul meant to people that in spite of what happened he still came back.

I cannot believe Paul Reubens is gone. Just seems way too soon! To think another late great, Phil Hartman, helped shape Pee Wee Herman.

May Paul rest in peace.

After reading the thread from his former rep earlier this year and seeing some of the red-carpet videos around that time, this isn't a surprise, but it's still sad to see anyone that age pass. Euphoria was just more Sam Levinson exploitation and fetish material, but Angus Cloud was a very bright light, very intense and charismatic in ways you can't manufacture. Very sad.
