There's also audio floating around of Tarrantino defending Polanski years ago.

I don't feel like posting it because frankly, I'm getting tired of hearing some of these guys' voices with all the offensive crap they've been putting out there.

Batali's restaurants leaving the scene might make way for restaurants run by owner who is respectful of his/her staff.

Trust me, you don't wish to hear it.  It was vile and I hate that I listened to it.  There's no mistaking QT's defense even when given outs by the hosts.  It was despicable and heartbreaking.

What’s horrible is that QT’s comments were seen as so unremarkable at the time that they didn’t cause any real controversy until 15 years after he said them.

To be honest I doubt they will even now.

I won't lie: I read that headline and I immediately pictured Buddy running into the Powells' house to tell 'em "Chorles" had been arrested.

She called his bluff. I don't know what will happen, but I doubt if he will see jail time. In my case, I spoke to a police detective and even though he believed everything I said, he told me there just wasn't enough evidence to press charges against my abuser. Whatever happens in this case, I'm glad that he's being taken down a peg. I personally think he's a misogynistic creep who used his clout to intimidate others and to get his own way.
