The Grinning Idiot that is Sonny.  I am not going to feel sorry for either one when Will shows up alive. Sonny should have moved on with someone else and not Paul. Paul was part of the problem in his marriage to Will and yet he forgives Paul for sleeping with Will but he couldn't forgive Will for it. Paul knew good and well that Sonny was still in love with Will and hadn't forgotten him when they starting dating again.

Why wouldn't Sonny forgive Paul? I thought Paul didn't know that Will was Sonny's husband when he slept with him? Anyway, I really like Paul. And Sonny. They both seem like great characters. I think the actor who plays Paul has played his insecurity and fragility brilliantly.

I'm the complete opposite of you. I think Freddie Smith is terrible (though he didn't used to be). I think Billy Flynn (Chad) puts in real effort to give his line readings a different spin. You may not like the effect he's going for, but it's a conscious decision on his part – not a matter of forgetting his dialogue or the names of his scene partners.

Without our beloved resurrected twink about to wreak havoc on PaulSon. Paulson would be a painful chore to watch. CS gives a 100% while FS gave up ages ago. I think the person who will shine the most in the Paulie/resurrected twink Will/Sonny the otter bear triangle is CS. I also think the person who'll ended up the loser in the triangle is Paul. The wedding felt so lackluster to me is because of the production values. I can't wait until they use the Martin House as the hotel everyone stays at while in Memphis

I hope Will has matured but yet dumps Sonny and I am hoping Paul dumps him too. IMO both Sonny and Paul should lose. Paul knew what he was getting himself into with marrying Sonny. I really hope they introduce a new gay male character and pair him with Will as Sonny aches for him with Paul devasted watching it all.

I am hoping Ben somehow knows that Will is still alive and spills it at the wedding on Monday.

I'm happy to provide answers when I have them.   In this case, I have a hard time explaining it myself and I've been watching and kind of enjoying it.  I'm really not sure what Angelica's master plan was. Getting back at Adrienne/Justin because Adrienne raised the child Angelica had with Justin? I don't know. I wasn't watching during most of Hattie and Bonnie's initial runs, but I like both characters, especially Bonnie.  I sense that this story was going in a different direction, but was ended quickly when RC took over as writer.

I'm also sad that Ann didn't get her chance at Lucas. Pretty sure that was the initial plan given their scenes leading up to this story.

I so agree with you about Christopher Sean's speech as Paul. Great work. Sad it was lost on a meh Freddie Smith.

If you think Billy Flynn is bad but think Freddie Smith is good, you either haven't seen enough episodes or you're a lousy judge of acting, my friend. Sorry to be so harsh, but BF is a strong actor, and FS sucks.

    • Ugh. I genuinely hope not; I pray, somehow, CHCH-DT is told to provide a one-day pause. The last thing we need is a Y&R situation with this soap. I'm pretty sure Samantha is the older twin.
    • As usual, Jane Elliot stole the show. GM was good as Gio as were Rena, Dominic, and Amanda.   I also thought the actress that plays Emma was low key, but perfect at the same time-just listening and reacting.
    • I'm surprised it took me this long to get into RH. The soap is so damn good, I am just as obsessed with the Ryan's as Delia. The Ryans are a great family unit and seem like good people. I wish I had a family like that. This show has so many parallels to BTG. Frank's mystery is very similar to Martin's. Both are my favorites on each show. adding more thoughts soon once I get a consistent watch going.
    • I also get why Gio feels his life was a lie. I get everyone's emotions are high now That's why I think Monica passing will be the catalyst that starts to the healing process for Gio, BLQ, Lois, Tracy, Ned, Olivia and Dante
    • Judging by the fact that I was able to watch two episodes today, looks like Canada being a day ahead might be permanent.
    • Agreed! I normally don't rate Amanda Setton that highly as an actress, but she knocked those scenes out of the park. Between this and the Michael storyline, I think we're in for a week of juicy drama. I heard everyone talking about how dull Rory Gibson was on Y&R, but I thought he was pretty good today playing a steelier version of Michael. And I loved Wiley's little "Bye mommy!" moment. The writers clearly know how much most of us hate Willow if they're tossing out little nuggets of schadenfreude like that one.
    • Slower day, but not bad. I thought Tomas was at his personal best today, flirting with Kat at Uptown.  Hayley is pregnant!  Oh boy... Samantha felt more like the babysitter today vs. the young sister. I'm ready to meet Sharon. I want a strong dynamic so it's not a repeat of what we just saw with Tracy's reunion.
    • They've been on same day for three episodes, which is a good thing because the days flowed weird to me before.
    • I see both Lois and BLQs sides re Gio BLQ wanted her son to be happy. Lois wanted to make sure it happened, so she gave him to family. Selfish?  Yes, but I get it Gio was raised by a loving mother and extended family. Lois followed BLQ wishes Great acting by AS & RS

date: Tuesday, May 27 | Christopher Dunn, Lynn Martin | Steven Williford I feel bad for Chelsea; she's exploring her feelings, and they're getting [unintentionally] hurt. But I love the support that Katherine has for her cousin. Bradley, you deserve one hundred times better than Deadbeat. So much more. Anita essentially tossing Tracy out... whew. She's done. DONE. Ouch... Chelsea hit the nerve with Katherine. How interesting... I feel like Tracy is becoming the mirror Anita has been avoiding while being a Dupree. What are these top secret things she's harbouring? I really hope Jessica's interest in Tyrell is genuine, because if it isn't, it might just destroy him. Back alley meetings? Your family? As if Bradley is not part of your family... Deadbeat, sit your ass down. Hey, Childbride, lower your damn voice. You're in the country club, not the country field where your ass belongs. And oh God, she's knocked up. Whew... here we go! Dante Greene, what control did this man have? But I appreciate that Anita and Tracy are uniting together; I pray that Sharon joins them soon. I love how easy Katherine and Tomas are with each other; it's smooth, it's natural and it's blooming in all the right ways. Hayley is about to battle the Dupree women for all she's worth. I am calling it right now. The unwavering support Vernon continues to provide to Anita is paramount; I adore them as the couple they are. Notes: Mike Manning (Bradley) continues to show up time and time again in scenes with Brandon Claybon (Deadbeat), who brings nothing to the table. There is an extreme lack of romantic chemistry between them. I'm wondering how different Dante Greene is going to be in comparison to Berry Gordy Jnr; we know the true history of Diana Ross and the Supremes, but how different will it be with Anita Williams and the Articulettes?
