Maybe he wanted to say most famous, or best remembered, or something as he fished around for a meaningless description, but TG did manage to make Luke quite famous being the face of GH. He somehow got Time Magazine to name GH as one of the top shows of all time. No other soap attained any kind of pop culture significance to make the list. Everyone got fed up with Tony Geary and Luke, but when it comes to soaps making an impact with the public there is Luke and Laura, and then there is everyone else. Anyway a poor list. The rest can have a seat. Erica can have a seat. Luke can have a seat. Back when there were 20 soaps on the air - World Turns was number 1 for over 20 years. Fact. It's not like Y&R claiming their 27 years of number one status -which good for you - great. But most of your tenure has been with 8 shows or less on the air. Fact.
