I'm actually sad for her, as I know she at least put up a good fight....and it looks like she will probably fight even harder now, weather or not that works in her favor...

Look, she has valid reasons, but her primary argument for this case was the show not re-hiring her due to her speaking out about diversity issues on the show and in daytime.

She's the one who left the show in the first place and the show can hire or fire who they want, she doesn't have authority to dictate their decisions. I knew from the beginning she didn't have much of a case if it hinged on the argument the show refuses to re-hire her.....

She'll never work in that town again. Suing CBS, Sony, Bell and Corday? That was hugely risky and the gamble has lost.

I hate that we'll never see Drucilla again. She is a character who could single handily make Y&R great again. Plus Sharon needs a friends

I doubt her career is over. She can find work easily elsewhere. She stays getting jobs on cable networks. That's where the future lies anyways.

I wish she'd've pushed for her pilot on Secrets of a Soap Opera Diva to other networks. Sucks, b/c Eva Longoria is doing a similar show for NBC.

Not at all. Cable TV companies are hemorraging subscribers, in the last 4 years, exclusive Over the air antenna users have grown from 14 percent to 20 percent and it's still climbing. That means less eyes on the cable channels and more on the networks.

While I grew tired of her a couple of years ago she's has a Christmas movie Franchise on UPTV and the 3rd one is premiering in December. Kristoff is also a star in it and they both executive produced.

At this point I'd actually wish for some big Kumbaya, let bygones be bygones moment just to at least put Victoria Rowell back on the show. It's been eight years too long in the making.

Even if that were possible, I wouldn't trust Drucilla in Charles Pratt's hands.

If anything torched her chances for that, this would be it.
