Same here…I was hoping they would send Ivy back to Australia. 

So how did Jessica Forrester fit into that branch of the family tree?

Carmen Duncan is in her early 70's and has not had work done,so she would not be in the running...

Got it. I forgot about Maggie actually. So Ivy and Jessica are half-sisters. Not that we'll ever see or hear about her ever again, unless they randomly decide to bring her back one day. We've seen it happen on B&B.

B&B made it seem like Jessica was dead or something bc they had John reference Ivy as if she was his only daughter

When AB has been given decent material, she works on the show. But more often than not, Ivy is just a Plant. I can see why they'd keep her around - what's the point of trying to create a new female love interest for the show - when they have one that the audience expects. Of course, all bets off if KM decides to return.
