He should be will

Why? He's too old, he can't act, and he's creepy. They already have a creepy Will who can't act. They might as well cast Carrot Top as Will if they are that desperate for a new actor.

Oh yes.. Would love to see that, how old would Tyler AKA Pocket be now?

He'd be a teen now seeing as Claire is being SORAS'd. Weren't they conceived around the same time thanks to a petri dish incident?

No Claire was born first, when Pocket was conceived in 2006 Belle had a miscarriage

Yeah those two allegedly gave Nelson Branco info that Brett and Scott got fired because they showed up the set drunk, high, didn't know their lines, etc. Also allegedly didn't along with Crystal Hunt.

Brett always came across as a whiny bitch, Crystal got arrested for assault, and Scott is a junkie mess. No wonder Farah wanted them both gone. Good riddance to bad rubbish.

Now, that I got that out of my system, JPL's a terrible choice for Phillip. The endless facial tics, scenery-chewing, and lack of any real commitment to the material are big no-no's in my book. They would've been better off with someone like Josh Kelly or John Prescott or even poaching some B&B rejects like Zac Conroy or Adam Gregory.

I'd like to hear who all of you would have cast... just curious! :)

Good question. I would have cast David Tom. He isn't the most handsome guy in the world, but he certainly could give Phillip emotional layers that JPL can't.

Hell, I'll go ahead and risk getting my ass kicked and banned from SON forever by admitting that, in the beginning, I actually LOVED Rex & Gigi and wanted them together.

IIRC, most people had generally positive feelings towards them in the beginning. I know there were quite a few folks who were ready for the Paris, TX, stuff to end (oh, how they had to wait...), but most liked it. This was when Ronnie Mae was still getting tons of praise from all directions, so even if Rex/Gigi weren't great, they were tolerated and there was at least some hope that they'd get better once they were together. We were wrong as hell.

I will never forgive them for making "bag-a-blood" part of daytime lexicon for a year.

I definitely had him on my list from earlier but ultimately let him be a "so on" bc I wasn't sure how he was received during his last go-round on Y&R.

I like JPL but I don't see him playing a Kiriakis heir. At least not Phillip. I could see him as reformed Jeremy Horton.

I see JPL as one thing only, and that's as the drug-addicted rent boy Will takes it upon himself to reform.

That would be better than Guy Wilson occupying the role.

Yeah, no.

I truly do not care what any naysayers have to say about David Tom and his last go-round at Y&R. As far as I'm concerned, everyone lost that battle in the end. Everyone.

Rex/Jen/Lindsay.. I liked that triangle

When Jen died, that was the best bit of acting JP ever did on One Life.
