So all of a sudden,Days can go primetime in look and quality in all departments after years of threadbare production values. Yes,Ken it is unbelievable...

I guess we'll have to wait and see if that's true, I'm curious to see how it can be done.

Did he rehire Ed Scott? Because that is the last time his show looked good.

No but he promoted Albert Alarr to EP and Noel Maxam is back as director.

He's saying all of the right things, just hope they actually deliver this time. The show has been unrecognizable the last 3 years to me. Too many soap refugees playing nobody characters in boring storylines no one wants to watch.

Someone needs to put all of the different covers throughout the years together

I think these Plan to Save Days began as early as late 2001. And they had too much focus on the teens and all their token friends, literally. Fat Girl, Gay Girl, Nerd Girl, Nerd Boy, Bitchy Girl (Jan), Bitchy Boy (Jason) etc.

I remember Peter Brash and Paula Cwikly's work helped turn things around. And Beth Milstein's work after Reilly left in 2006 was so much better. Where'd all these peeps go, or why aren't they holding the reigns?

Realistically the only way to "SAVE DAYS!" is to change the production cycle. That's the problem - they are guessing and often very wrong - about what is working/not working and what the audience wants to see. So I suppose 'no back from the dead' means Kristen won't be returning.
