I'll give it to Finola and Ian Buchanan today, their little scene was great work. They really sold every moment of it. Especially Duke's nasty little "don't work so hard". !@#$%^&*] you, Duke. Bye!

Nope…Anna asked him about Sonny's alibi the night AJ was murdered…and Duke lied that Sonny was with him. Anna told him if he was lying to her about the alibi he would be going down with Sonny.

Haven't watched yet. Ugh at those scenes between Nina and Ava. Not looking forward to them. Maura is light years better than Stafford where the acting department is concerned.

Of course Elizabeth will have "Jake" move in with her.

Is Ric ever coming back? LOL. I actually sort of forgot about him.

Duke sounds like he continues to be a moron. But hey, let's have Duke continue to be stupid so we can push him on Lucy and create this stupid conflict between Lucy, Duke and Anna. If they even get airtime, that is.

Mostly interested in seeing the wedding drama. Love Josslyn, lol. I'm on neither Carly or Franco's side in this. Frankly she's been a moron and he's a complete joke of a character, soooo ...

I'd say they all but did. She gave him a shot to not alibi Sonny and he doubled down. She knew he was lying and told him she'd come for him too if evidence surfaced against Sonny (which it was doing over at the Haunted Star).

It was some well done stuff, which is great since it may be their first solo scene in, I don't know, five months?

That was stupid and another eye roll line ….the writing has been so bad…thats it not even funny anymore….from the gay characters on the show to Nina and now to Sonny …..and etc..etc….

It's bad enough that Donna Mills has literally been hanging out in the hospital and Obrecht's office for days because FV was determined to use her as much as possible for the one day or whatever she was there to tape. "Oh, Magda, yoo are still here?" Of course, where else would she be? It's not like they can afford to put up another set. I think they actually said she was taking Obrecht's calls.

    • A--I wish someone would post a better vid of the entire ball, as it must be out there. And B--nope. Evie is only in a small segment of the ball with Phillip, Rick and Mindy. She doesn't dance at all. Ross dances with Helena and Amanda. I'm not even sure why Evie is at the ball---Vanessa heartily disliked her. I did see that Billy actually asked Henry to introduce him to Vanessa, which I hadn't realized.
    • Honestly, they should've ordered more of 2000 Malibu Road for the 1992-93 midseason and aired it when Knots went on a break. That was probably their best shot.    Then of course they fumbled Central Park West by airing it in the 9PM slot instead of a 10PM slot where it would've been away from the Fox dramas. CPW got its best rating by airing randomly on a Sunday and when it was taken off the air for a "re-tooling", Party of Five's ratings actually had a spike, so clearly they were feeding off each other. But being a smaller network focused on a certain demographic, Fox could afford to be patient Party of Five, CBS couldn't...
    • Agree on Bruce Gray as Owen; they needed to cast star power. He was too lightweight against Kim and he had no chemistry with Frances Fischer except more gay buddy or daddy figure.  I loved Nola and Eliot together though. Lee Godart should have been longer term.
    • Andre has the worst fashion of the males which is off putting for someone as fine as he is. His jackets and sweaters look dated and no vintage does not work for him
    • I don’t recall MSW having a toy line in the late 80’s or early 90’s like all those Saturday morning cartoons did LOL but thought this was cute when I saw it in a vintage toy store yesterday:

    • Copying and pasting pasting this here as to not to derail the KL thread lol Wow I forgot CBS actually did try multiple attempts to come up with a soapy replacement for Knots on Thursday nights in the 10/9 slots for the 93-94 season.   Angel Falls had promise but CBS didn’t give it a fair chance. Latham’s Second Chances got even worse ratings than Angel Falls and wasn’t given a second chance when the Northridge quake destroyed the show’s sets. One West Waikiki looked gorgeous but was a blink you missed it affair. Finally we got Hotel Malibu, a quasi follow-up to Second Chances that stayed as the summer replacement series it was. CBS switched gears and had Chicago Hope air in the slot…against ER. It made the Top 30 but obviously underperformed below expectations. CBS gave up, and gave us 48 Hours for years there. It wasn’t until the 2002-03 season when CBS finally produced a Top 20 show for that spot with Without A Trace against an aging ER.
    • Of course I join in on wishing that Peacock & Corday & Sony would all together come to the conclusion that NOW would be a fine time to put some of these gems in the archive on full display!!! But, at the same time I'd like to give kudos to the fact that behind the scenes they've been doing the great work of preservation by taking tapes, etc. & converting them to modern digital formats. Besides the important fact of preserving them it means they are ready to go!
