People keep saying Gina Tognoni looks young. Would u say she could pass off at 30 years old?

Trust me, I don't see Little Richie with his Jheri curl and his tricycle when I see Bryton these days on Y&R. But I don't see a mature, romantic leading man either. And that would be fine, too, if TPTB weren't all about hooking up people from day damn one. But, they are (unfortunately) so it's an issue.

How old was GT when she joined OLTL? 22? 23? And I think she looked wonderful back then, too. However, by the time she popped up at GL, I felt she looked much older and much "harder."

I think Bryton has really filled out over the last couple of years. I feel like he's at the level where Josh Morrow was a few years after joining the show. Not a mature lead maybe, but definitely a contender for the women in Hilary and Mariah's age group. He even looked right for Abby and the last couple of recasts aged that character up.

Gina started at OLTL 20 years ago at age of 21. She's 40 now. I think she looks good but to me she has same issues as Kelly ripa they are obsessed with weight. Gina when she started at OLTL was much curvier and fuller but she has done extreme dieting as u can see. Reminds of Ripa on live Who says she works out 7 days a week and 14 hours a week. The pressure to stay thin but I think Gina would look a little better with an added 15 pounds. Too skinny does not look good.

I think some of us are just excited that a seriously attractive guy is coming on to this show.

I'm sot saying he should be. My point is that while he's not in the mature category now, he is a viable younger male lead. He has the potential to grow into a mature lead the way JM did. Of course, some people would disagree with me that JM has ever been more than a frat boy.

The same viewers who insist that Bryton looks "too young" ignore Y&R backburnering the "mature" looking Lamon & Redaric.

I think Tyler looks 20's too. In scenes with Devon and Noah, I didn't get a vibe of him being older. If that makes sense.

There is nothing childlike about the way Devon lifted Hilary onto that laundry room table. I am just saying. Lol. I get that it hards for some people to divorce little Richie from Devon. I get that they still see the scrawny kid that appeared 10 years ago as a teen. I think that is also problem people gave with seeing Lily as an adult. However, going by the thirst I see nowadays for Bryton and Devon, I don't think most folks would agree with your assessment.

Lol at Devon being secretly in love with Hilary for a loooong time. No. That's doesn't work for me. I want to see Devon in a real romance just like all the other men on the show including Noah. Please take him out if the shadow of nick and Sharon, please.

tbh, I think Tyler being able to 'blend' w/ the younger set is down to his lack of acting chops. the guy seems like a real blockhead, which is sad.

and trust, me, sis. If there were ANY kind of 'thirst' for Devon as a hunk, it would be exploited on Y&R to the point of ridiculousness. But as it stands NOW it's just PTB giving him a shot/trying to see if he will happen... rn, I just don't see the momentum for this SL.

tbh, I think PTB might flip things around, and make Devon the villain in all this... have him keep pursuing Hilary, even after she's put a cork in it, so to speak.
