I hope that's the same photo shoot they use for Stafford in the opening, her hair doesn't look as harsh here

This may be unpopular but given that KMC is returning short term, Id reunite scrubs and write, KMC & JT off together.

I don't know but its pretty obvious based on Ron's writing history and what we've seen on the show that they are going there. They may not hook up, but they have definetly grown closer and it appears Nina will use that to her advantage to drive a wedge between Sam and Silas by making it appear as if something is going on. Silas may walk in on them embracing or comforting each other, get jealous and think the worse all bc of Nina's manipulations. This is just my own speculation by watching the seeds being planted for it. Seems more than obvious
