Great, another All My Children leftover on Y&R. Since 2003 we've had Keith Hamilton Cobb, Amelia Heinle, Vincent Irizarry, Elizabeth Hendrickson, Stacy Haiduk, Billy Miller, Eden Riegel, Jeff Branson, Melissa Claire Egan, Debbi Morgan, Darnell Williams, and now Cady McClain.

At least there is a genuine purpose for this one but I would not have chosen Cady's hick ass!

IMDb has Cady McClain's birthdate as October 13, 1969, so she's nearly 8 1/2 years older than DT. Not that much of an age gap, but DT does look like a teenager and not an almost 36 year old man.

Awe. But I love Cady McClain. I am convinced kelly is here for Jack. Also questioning whether Phyllis will be recast afterall.

I've only seen McClain from ATWT and I really enjoyed her as Rosanna but I have no idea how she would be on Y&R given what has happened with other former ATWT/GL alumni who've been on Y&R.

Honestly, Cady was the only ABC actress/actor that was successful on a CBS soap in the 2000's. Her first stint on ATWT was the first and only time I really paid attention to her as an actress. She wasn't terrible as Dixie, but I thought she did the best acting of her career during that first stint on ATWT (even if there was some shoddy writing).

I'm glad Watros came back to daytime though, if only for a little while. She made what was a dayplayer character interesting (more so than most of the characters she was saddled with).
