GL-- Lizzie would prolly have progressed to be the Sami Brady of the show, not so much in personality but prominence.

OLTL-- Hope would've been brought back from the dead, SORAS'd, and in an edgy lesbian romance with Jamie Vega. This would be good tension as both were under Jessica's care at one point. I would say that Jack Manning would have been re-cast had it not been cancelled on ABC (nabbing Casey Moss or Guy Wilson before DAYS could?).

ATWT-- Not sure if Howarth would have stayed, but a triangle involving Jack/Carly would have still been going strong. Maybe more prominence for Terri Conn?

Passions-- Would anything really change?
