I am HERE for Aiden/Hope snark. I like feisty Hope. And Aiden's growing on me.

Done at Ciara and Sami. Ciara is everything. This little girl is beyond the best thing this show has going for it. Loved they ran into Nick, even though I'm getting tired of him (Blake Berris continues to be fantastic though). He, Sami and Ciara was classic.

Jordan/Rafe snoozefest. They're cute and all but let's get this moving.

Yay to T being on. No comment on the ridiculous Gabi and Nick stuff, but I loved how she started texting drowning and then caught herself. LoL. This show.

LOL at Will leaving Sonny with Adrienne. He couldn't run out of that room fast enough. Sonny/Adrienne is always great, and Adrienne makes great points (while Sonny completely overreacted initially), but I feel like they really just don't know what to do with Adrienne. Though Judi Evans looks fantastic.

Such a better episode. Finally a good episode. Must be a Culliton script.

Onto Thursday's. Nice to see Marlena getting involved, and it's even nicer to see her in scenes with Kate.

I see where they're going with Gabi/Wilson and Nick. I bet he convinces her Wilson getting married means they want to take Ari from her.

Ugh, bad acting Ben (so far he hasn't impressed me but it's waaay early) and more cutesy Jordan/Rafe ... but heh at their run-in at the end.

Yay again to more Hope and Aiden. Hope can't catch a break with this guy lol, but I like that he apologized but she let him have it. They're starting to really work for me and it's nice seeing Cosgrove in a role of his own.

It was so nice seeing Abe two days in a row, even as an extra, because the man just adds so much. I also like they're attempting an actual police station (even if it is the courtroom).

Dead at Will taking Caroline to her ... quilting class. LOL. I nearly spit out my coffee.

Pretty good episode overall.

I haven't been posting much either, precisely because, as others have mentioned here, the past week or two has been filled with a lot of meh couples.

Not that I'm about to dump the show, but it needs to be said. I don't have a HUGE problem with Dannifer per se as they do have some chemistry; my problem is Dr. McHairychest's existence as a whole.

Then we have Jorf, a walking cure for insomnia if there ever was one. Rafe is such a smug sack of spray-tanned skin and black hair dye. The reason I don't FF everything involving Jorf is because of Kate, of course. By contrast, WilSon are wearing out my FF button. When Gabi is the most dynamic person sharing that sludge-colored apartment, you know you have a problem.

Ericole aren't boring IMO (did anybody catch the "check you out, girl" look that Eric threw Nicole when he left the apartment? ) but this twist with Nicole is just so wrong and, yes, OOC. It is OOC because Nicole has come so far. She found him passed out in the hotel room, saw the pain and anguish he went through, she even ran Kristen off the road because of it! They were trapped in a basement about to die because they got too close to the truth. And now, after ALL that, she's shredding the documents that prove Eric's innocence? No way would she do this, because she loves him too damn much. Right now, she is so disgusted at herself, she can barely bring herself to kiss him.

What I loved: MARLENA!!!!!!! in a scene with Kate!!!!!! Dear God, somebody up her episode guarantee and get this matriarch back to the heart of the show where she belongs! I also love her and Will's matching black leather tops. Frisky!

Ciara makes my LIFE. And we got two back-to-back episodes with her front-and-center, driving story. I like the Hope-Aiden story, but I love Ciara as a vixen-in-training already hating on the guy. And I can understand her sadness and getting the jewels taken away from her. Personally, I don't understand why Hope didn't make Sami return most of them but let Ciara keep two items for her own non-school use.

Finally, I don't know who played the super of Daniel's building but he got me LMAO.

Watching Friday's episode. The Daniel propping makes my stomach churn. I actually might not despise him so if they would drop with the hero worship. He's actually NOT awful with Nicole and Eric. It's just Jennifer. God, what a terrible character now. Such a shame. And then she gets some decent scenes but still. Over Jennifer Horton and Khan was right they write Jennifer like it's 1985 and she's still a teenager. It's awful.

Marlena/Stefano sharing scenes is nice. Curious to see where this all goes.

Sami/Rafe was ew.

Gaston is a terrible actor, and not even all that pretty to look at.

EJ and Abby is starting to feel tired.

JJ and Anne are so great but JJ needs to be a badass again like tomorrow.

OK show. Felt very slow.

And for example, when Daniel told Nicole she put her life on the line, it QUICKLY became about how HE did the same. Why do they write it like this? So ridiculous this propping.

Gaston is Green. So was Josh Duhmael at first on AMC & Ali Sweeny here at Days. I hope he learns and with these writers I have hope he will. However time will tell,

Meredith Scott Lynn used to really annoy me but I really like her now. She was so unlikable years ago but she's much more likable now and I've heard better things about her as a person than what I've heard about so many other soap actors.

Galen Gering is overhyped.

Shawn Cristian drags down everyone around him. I couldn't even watch Nicole with him, and I love Nicole.

I don't know why someone as "sophisticated" and "complicated" as EJ would even look at Abby twice. Granted, she's a naïve twit that's easy to use and control but regardless.

Sometimes I forget that Abe and Hope are still on DAYS. Wish they were on more!

Ali Sweeney and James Scott may have chemistry and some spark but I still wish the show would stop trying to make Sami and EJ happen.

Just watched Mon-Fri in a marathon and it felt like a chore. I don't like Nicole doing this for all the reasons everyone has mentioned already. I don't get Abby's reaction to the affair. I care not for Jorf. And I most definitely do not care for another round of Dannifer and the frigging hero worship of Jonas by Salem (and I like Jennifer with her kids and Daniel is ok as supporting).

I like Gabbi but she is an idiot. I like Brady but he is an idiot.

Marlena was great this week, but watch Dee start phoning it in again once
