If you had a soap who would you hire to help run the show?

If you had a show, weather it is a current show, cancelled, or not even real but something you think about creating or even just a hypothetical "Show", who would you hire to acts as writers/producers/directors and so on and so forth??

These people either could be in the business, dead or alive, or on SON.

Here I go:

The Irony of Life:

The continuing story of the Working Class citizens of St. Constantine, USA

Created By:

[allmc2008]

Executive Producer:

[allmc2008]

[Vee]--

Even though we had our differences you do

share a lot of my views on soaps. I think for the most part you have my 'Creative Vision'.

Head Writers:

[allmc2008]

[DRW50]--

Not sure if we had issues but you like British Soaps from my understanding. I always liked the Feel of British soaps and I think you can reinforce the British soap feel better than I can.

Breakdown Writers:

Clair Labine

Lorraine Broderick

Directors:

Francesca James--Was she as good as they say??

Chris Goutman

Ted Corday

--------------------------------------

That's basically it. Nobody has to be as abstract/structured as me.

It can be as simple as only choosing writers or whatever.

I don't judge so if your show has JFP and Paul Rauch as EP's; Megan Mctavish/Jean Passenate/Dena Higely as Co Head Writers, and if you go further and say Brenda Dickson and Victoria Rowell will have 12 year contracts I don't care. Human Kind as a whole might. But I wont.

For the Love of Us (which is the REAL working title one of my many dramas)

Senior Executive Producer:

Brandon Fluellen (myself)

Executive Producer:

Either Ed Scott, Jill F. Phelps, Mal Young, Wendy Riche, Felicia Minei Behr, or Frank Valentini. Why? Because they're good with money and nothing else. They'd have NO say in story (Wendy, Mal, or Felicia could. The rest can't). Just tend to the budget and don't step on my toes creatively.

*I wouldn't mind hiring posters like DRW50, Khan, Saynotoursoap, and other veteran posters to be on my ass & tell me yay or nay to the direction of my vision.

I have to asks since every one here lists either Clair or Wendy for their staff, What kind of soap are you thinking of?? I am guessing it will have a middle Class vibe to it??

I am interested in hearing more espcially "Sinners and Saints". The subject of Spirtuality needs to be discussed more IMO. Or at least the "Hypocrite Christian" that refuses to walk the walk At least, that is what I think the show is going to be about.
