I was so excited about Adam coming back, and I haven't seen the new episodes yet, but if his appearance is that brief, then I'm really sad. I know they can't force David Canary to work, but the way they're writing Colby and JR, they really need Adam involved. His absence is so glaring, and if DC doesn't want to be a part of the show beyond an occasional ten minute visit, then I'm not sure how they handle that long term unless they kill off the character because these five second appearances feel so out of character for Adam.

David Canary's contracts allows him to do whatever he wants to do and we, the viewers have to accept and adjust accordingly. It is what it is and no to killing off his character.

I was hoping for the GIF to be Jesse breathing on David with that neck twist and the crazy jazz hands.

Why are you obsessive about Jesse? Must be anti-Darnell and Anti-Jesse. I wonder what Darnell would say if he read some of the postings here bordering slander lawsuits. I wonder what Ginger Smith would say too if she got on these boards and reads some of these postings here too.

That dancing is the gif of the week!

In your own opinion.

I honestly didn't hear Jesse say that but I was laughing so hard I missed the dialogue. Upon rewatch he says "a rusty pair of knives." Which makes about as much sense as you'd expect from someone who's been sucking down triple doubles of Jack Daniels all night.

And just to make sure we take care of business...

Speak for yourself. You too must be Anti-Darnell and Anti-Jesse. I wonder what Darnell would have to say about some of the postings here bordering slander lawsuits.

I did.

He'd probably say that he wants you to stop breaking into his house and going through his underwear drawer.

To paraphrase you, Linda, Ginger Smith, the writers, and Prospect Park do whatever they want to do and we, the viewers have to accept and adjust accordingly.

why are you so obsessed about people they don't care for Jesse?

Now praising Angie/David's dancing and enjoying Jesses drunken tirade is bordering on a slanderous lawsuit. Girl, you done lost it? Thanks for topping yourself with that one. Bye

In your own opinion.

thanks for stating the obvious. Unless I'm quoting someone, I am always writing from my opinion

You can't slander a fictional character. I bet if Darnell took the time to read these posts he'd think you're certifiable.

Earth to Linda: you can dislike a character's actions and still like the character. You can dislike a character and still think the actor seems like a nice person.

It was "rusty knives" ya'll and that line literally slayed me. I was just done after that.

That had me rolling with laughter too.

Hopefully AMC can keep this momentum going into Season 2. I haven't seen a soap gala/party/gathering with this much going on in years!

Darnell would read my postings and appreciate the dedication and loyalty to the character, for better or worse. and he would say thank you for the love and support. Those kinds of things do mean alot to actors. He would see I am his backer to the max and unwavering in my support in all his career. I love the character of Jesse and yes, always reported that Darnell is one of the few nice guys left in Hollywood. I have been following his career since his days on Soul Train and enjoy all his projects to date.

The AMC FB page posted one of their "like/share" posts about Jesse and David's "brawl" (their word, not mine) and I have to say the comments are flying. It's gotten more comments in an hour than most of the other posts get in days. That makes me happier than I can express.

Most of the comments are actually about the story too. Very little of the "This shuld be bak on regular tv!!!" "ware's ericka???" stuff

And you don't slander an actor by being critiquing his performance either. I also don't think Darnell thinks all his fans need to defend all of fictional Jesse's actions and also appreciates the fact that its not all patios and cookouts for Jesse and Angie because that would bore him and the vast majority of the audience too.

No he wouldn't. He has a clear sense of humour, and would just give you one of his great eye rolls.
