Members Mr. Vixen
I finally watched the Kickstarter video. Holy [!@#$%^&*]. What the !@#$%^&*] was going on with that synthetic Party City wig on her head?!

Members Cheap21
What a boring description. He sounds like a tool
Members Chris B
That doesn't look like a wig to me. She MAY have some tracks in, but judging by her other pics I doubt it. She has that good mixed hair so I don't see her needing a party city wig.
Members Mr. Vixen
You will NEVER convince me that that plastic looking mess clinging to the side of her head is natural hair. NEVER.
Members frequentsoapfan
That good mixed hair? I hate when people use phrases like that as if being mixed automatically makes your hair good.
Members Chris B
When I say mixed hair, I don't mean that natural hair is bad, but if you're mixed you almost always get easier to manage hair in some way. And from watching Victoria Rowell's hair revolution pre, during and post Y&R, she has good hair.
Members frequentsoapfan
Um no you don't. Not everyone mixed has "good" hair and light skin. That's such a stereotype.
Members edgeofnik
Sounds like a blond Nicholas Newman to me from 20 years ago. So TR&TR is casting a blond dude as the show's teen heartthrob? Oh, the irony. She's got less than three weeks to go and is under $2K. I hope she can snag some talk shows or radio shows to help with the funding. If she could get one or two big benefactors, it will snowball. Members Chris B
When did I say anything about skin color? You can go "Um" and pick a fight with somebody else. I don't have time for that nonsense.
Members quartermainefan
I didn't pay attention to this topic really til now and I just watched the video. I think she sabotaged herself with that amateurish video. The sound quality is bad with echoes, and I think that is a big part of why they raised so little money. Your eyes will make adjustments for bad video, but bad audio is a deal breaker. Anyway, I think there was an idea there but they went about it all wrong and someone needed to tell that that video was a detriment.
Members frequentsoapfan
And you can stop reinforcing stereotypes. And good hair is hair that's health regardless of whether the person is mixed or not. Not everyone mixed has easy to manage hair.
