Yes, it was the Peabo song, and for one stinking minute, I wish they'd leave that alone and trot out the late 70s theme, which much better lends itself to being background music.

I wonder why Todd went to The Shelter (hate that new name) looking for Dani. Why'd he just assume she'd be there? Him going to Tea's house first would seem like the most sense

He showed no shame showing up at Téa's house last fall that's for certain.

Maybe he just checked Dani's twitter feed and read she was off to party at the club and figured it was Capricorn? I'm guessing we'll get those confrontation and explanation scenes tomorrow.

Between the modern/current/hip music and the use of iPad's, iPad mini's, iPhones, Vogue and more, this is NOT your momma's soap. Then again blow jobs aren't in your momma's soaps either, lol.

BTW, the theme song has finally grown on me as well as the opening itself. I really like it. Definitely better than the devastation that was the 2000's opening.

The opening has honestly grown on me a lot. I kinda like it now. It could be a little more polished but I liked what they were going for. I could do without whatever that mess is the young adults are doing though.

I didn't catch that one, even though I saw the scene. Ridiculous writing. All genres of writing use artistic license. But this is not artistic license -- it is lazy, horrible writing that does not respect the intelligence of the audience.

When Hungary's new prime minister, Péter Magyar, was sworn in, they played the Hungarian national anthem in Parliament. And also the European Anthem (Beethoven's Ode to Joy).
In addition to the EU anthem, Magyar requested that anthems of ethnic minorities be played.

They played the anthem of the Székely people in Hungary, who primarily live in Romania.

What's even more amazing is the honoring of the Roman community

In Parliament today, they played the unofficial anthem of Hungary's Roma community. The playing of this last anthem in particular is an unprecedented gesture of respect toward the community of roughly 700,000 Roma in Hungary.

Angela Lansbury had every reason to call out Les Moonves and put him on blast but she chose not to because she was too elegant and classy for that.

I agree. I think it's a rough road because Mo stated he struggled before with the material and it affected his mental health.
Just see how long the show kept Kirsten Storms.
With Mo's open mental health diagnosis, I am not sure the show can actually do anything about it and in general I don't think GH wants to take that hit because Sonny has fans not named Carolineg, I swear!!!

ALL: Those big, iconic soap moments

Lily/Sonny and Brenda/Jax have a few really good scenes before Brenda decides to go to the Canada cabin in the snowstorm because she's stupid and hopes Sonny will rescue her that really reflect how well Lily/Sonny and Brenda/Jax work better together.
The narrative now is that Sonny actually loved Lily. Not true, but he loved the idea of her. I remember Brenda saying he would have eventually fallen for her. Who wouldn't? Or something similar to that. I would have obviously raised my hand in disagreement in 1996. I think GH was a bit more subtle than I was in 1996 to be fair lol.
