It was revealed that their son, Parker isn't Phillips and that Daniel is the father. Chloe moved back to Salem to be close to him and has been desperately trying to win him back. When they had JKJ back as Philip, the fact that he and Chloe weren't a reigning supercouple is completely unforgivable and now it will probably never happen.
