Just got caught up on 3 weeks worth of shows. Whatever I may think of the stories, the scriptwriting on this show has been really good - Melissa Salmons and the Cullitons being the standouts.

Random observations:

- still hate Dannifer, Chloe is still pretty, but still oh so dull. Ann Milbauer is great though - I hope she crushes Jen! But alas, her sloppiness will be her undoing.

- Ejami - so glad Sami picked someone, anyone and the magic vagina can have a single owner and I can FF it all! I would hope the custody issues and Rafe boning Kate (which I loved) are permanent roadblocks for Safe.

-What's the deal with Hope? Rafe noted she was angsty - does she need sex more than she needs Bo? Hints of a new storyline emerging?

-I am in awe of Eileen Davidson still.

I am really liking the feel of the show. In the first 6 months of Tomsell, I felt the show was lacking a pulse, but its all coming together nicely now. I see similarities with 2009 (when I last enjoyed the show) but the removal of Higley and the addition of Broderick is great.

I've said it before on here, but I think the Cullitons should be headwriters instead along with Salmons and Broderick as assistants.

Can't support Ejami, but like you said at least they've picked one story for now and are sticking with it. And if they ever think about Rafe with Hope, I along with the entire Bope contingent will howl at NBC... lol

I don't miss watching -- and considering I watched for a long time that's sad -- but I can see the show's doing some good stuff amid the dreck like Dannifer. My only warning for Eileen's fans is can they keep up the quality. Her story can't be good forever. I think she's in the right hands.

Why did you stop watching, if I may ask?

Too many people gone. Too many favorites of mine gone (Matt, Christie, Patrick, Molly, Peter... and Crystal, Nadia and Louise left over from last year). This isn't the show I grew up watching.

Still, I do support it. I won't badmouth it unless they do something really bad, and I have been following story to see what they do. They seem to be on the right track with a few things, which is good... I just don't trust TomSell in the end.

Has Victor always hated Chloe? If not, then when did that change? When did she accuse Phillip of rape? That was on purpose? Speaking of which, bitch was annoying today. Refusing to let him and Maggie from holding Parker until they change dry cleaning companies? Bitch was out her damn mind. I hate these stupid antics and how she is degraded to these cheap tricks just to get an in with Daniel

The problem is...in one of DAYS books published in the late 1990s (it was the one edited by Lorraine Zenka) the character is credited as Kate Winograd Reed Roberts. And this is a book Ken Corday wrote the forward for and collects royalties from.

There isn't a problem with Bill Horton having a thing for affairs with women named Kate...but there is an issue with a Corday Productions book crediting the character as Kate Winograd Reed Roberts...

I think Victor started back hating Chloe when it was discovered that Brady got hooked on drugs, but he liked her at one point cause he was building an opera house for her in Salem with Isabella's name.

I don't think I'm supposed to but....I like Kate and Rafe.

I'm loving Lucas and Jen as siblings.
