I didn't imagine that just now did I? haha). They were stupid to get rid of it for that annoying hands opening, which should have only lasted like a day or 2 for the anniversary. Part of the great P&G Facelift, I think it was the only opening out of all their soaps that didn't work, hence My Guiding Light in 83, same visuals, just different music. I know up until Conboy retired the 50th anniversary opening, it was GL's shortest lived opening. Funny though, the disco opening was replaced by a very popular opening and the lifesavers/50th anniversary opening was replaced with a bad powerpoint presentation.
