GH: Discussion for the Month of January

Wasn't it always at the Port Charles Hotel before it burned down? I guess it just seems logical for it to be being held it the Metro Court no matter who owns it. Does Jax still own half of it?

Jax gave his shares to Kate last year. I dont know if she 100% owns those or just controls his half of the building

Now Connie and Carly are the hotel owners

Explain to me why, after the hostile display AJ and Carly shared, not 2 seconds later, he's telling her his plan? The entire plan? Could it be because Ned is standing behind the post and listening in? Of course, people tend to hear things not meant for their ears, but what sense did it make for AJ to blab outside of making sure Ned heard? Ridiculous!

Yeah, yesterday's episode was alright. I like the kid who plays TJ.

AJ seems to have a habit of self-sabotage so him running his mouth was no surprise. Sure was dumb though. LOL. It was all just for plot though. I really enjoy any AJ and Carly scene. I just don't feel she hates him as much as she says she does. I can't ever imagine them together but I like what we're getting.

It's amazing how much better Wally is with Ned than Justin. I love Justin but Wally just sparkles as Ned. He really does.

Its just a location and who owns it is completely irrelevant to the good cause that it will be fufilling.

Exactly. Even if it wasn't for a "good cause" and just to be used for a strip show, the planning committee is being given use of the ball room for FREE! Only a total dumb ass would turn that down and opt to pay to use another venue when they're already on a budget and the present venue suits them just fine. It's called being professional and separating the business from the personal.

"If Carly cant make her love life work than what hope is there for Sabrina" Paraphrased from Felix but puke!

As a homosexual male, I can safely say that Carly is nowhere near fabulous enough to be having Felix worshiping her as some kind of diva. As a matter of fact, I find none of GH's women are "diva" worthy. Maybe Lucy Coe (and I find her obnoxious, too), but then she lost points as soon as this vampire story was unnecessarily hoisted upon her.

Because that is how RontheHack writes. People do incredibly stupid things all the time because it needs to happen to set up his next stupid plot point.

Caught up on GH. It...wasn't great. I wish I had watched PC before so I could've been more into all that pointless tomfoolery going on. Some "nod" this has been unsure.png

So disappointed in the Lulu/Dante/Maxie surrogate story. Miscarriage one day, pregnant the next...disgusting.

Ready for Ned to leave!

Carly has money and connections so I can see why Felix might want to be around her. That would depend on whether he's being written as a brown-noser and sycophant, or if we're supposed to think he's the resident fairy godmother of all the show's favorite heroines.

If so I wish he'd go tell Anna to pretend to care that she has a grandchild. And to fix her hair.

I'm thinking that Ron just wants to give Carly a friend. Felix doesn't strike me as the type to be a user or hang around someone he doesn't genuinely like. Carly a heroine? Perhaps, lately, she may seem like she's on heroin sometimes, but she is NOT a heroine by any stretch of Ron's ratchet imagination!

Anna? Yes Yes and HELL YEAH! Her hair is aweful and it doesn't help that FH's head is so damn big!

I mostly see Felix as a generic bag of sassy gay friend catchphrases. I'd be more interested in him if he was a little bit of a schemer, not in a malicious way, but just in a way where he sees an opening and goes with it.

I think Carly is written as a heroine these days, although, Carly is written in so many different ways I can't tell you 100%. I always thought Carly should be an anti-heroine, but Tamara Braun messed that up and since then it's been a hash.

I actually like Ned a little more now - he's always been a sanctimonious ass, but at least now he works with Tracy instead of judging her all the time. It's a nice change. He still judges her, and everyone else, but that isn't every breath he takes, as it was before.
